Հյուսիս-հարավ էլէկտրաէներգետիկական միջանցքի ձևավորմամբ Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգը փակից կվերածվի բացի:

Ապրիլի 13-ին այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և  բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Արեգ Գալստյանը Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Վրաստանի միջև Հյուսիս-հարավ էլէկտրաէներգետիկական միջանցքի ձևավորման նախաձեռնության իրականացման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ ճա նապարհային քարտեզի ստորագրումից հետո կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ: 

«Առաջին հերթին այն կբացվի խոշոր սպառողների համար, ովքեր օգտվում են բարձր լարման ցանցից: Հայաստանում աշխատող խոշոր սպառողները կկարողանան էներգիան գնել իրենց ցանկացած տեղից, օրինակ՝ Վրաստանից, երբ զուգահեռ աշխատենք հարևան երկրի հետ, և հակառակը: Երրորդ կողմի մուտքը պետք է բաց լինի դեպի բարձրավոլտ ցանցեր:

Մեր պլանների հաջողությամբ իրականացման դեպքում, որոշ ժամանակ անց, աստիճանաբար հնարավոր կլինի նաև միջին և ցածր լարման ցանցի ազատականացումը, սակայն դրա մասին դեռ վաղ է խոսել: Կարևոր է, որ բոլոր չորս երկրները շահագրգռված են այդ տարածաշրջանային շուկայի ձևավորման հարցում, ինչը թույլ կտա մրցակցության տարր մտցնել: Իսկ մրցակցությունը հետագայում միանշանակ կազդի նաև միջինացված գեներացիոն սպառողական սակագների վրա»,-ասաց Արեգ Գալստյանը: Նա հավելեց, որ նույն սկզբունքները պետք է կյանքի կոչվեն նաև ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում, որտեղ ևս անհրաժեշտ կլինի բացել էներգետիկ շուկան:

Փոխնախարարի խոսքով` Հայաստանն ունի էլեկտրաէներգիայի հավելյալ հզորություններ, որոնք ավելին են, քան անհրաժեշտ է Հայաստանի ներքին պահանջարկի բավարարման համար, սակայն էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավելցուկ ասվածն այս դեպքում խիստ հարաբերական է` կախված նրանից, որ տարբեր սեզոնների հավելյալ հզորությունների տեխնիկա-տնտեսական ցուցանիշները անբարենպաստ ու ոչ մրցակցային են լինում: 

«Օրինակ, Վրաստանը ապրիլ-հունիս ամիսներին ունենում է ահռելի հիդրոէներգետիկ ռեսուրսներ ջրի առատության պատճառով, ինչի արդյունքում էլեկտրաէներգիան այնտեղ կտրուկ էժանան ում է: Կարելի է գնել այդ էներգիան՝ ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելով ջերմային էլեկտրակայանների աշխատանքն այս սեզոնին,  քանի որ վերջիններիս արտադրած էներգիայի ինքնարժեքն ավելի բարձր է դառնում»,- նշեց պաշտոնյան:

Նա միևնույն ժամանակ նկատեց, որ Վրաստանում արդեն ձմռանը գետերի սառչելու հետ առաջանում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի լրացուցիչ պահանջարկ: 

«Այս դեպքում արդեն Հայաստանը կարող է առաջարկել լրացուցիչ հզորություններ, այդ թվում ջերմային կայաններում արտադրվող, փոխանակման, կամ կոմերցիոն գործարքների միջոցով: Նույնը Իրանում, որտեղ խիստ շոգի պատճառով էլեկտրական էներգիայի դեֆիցիտ է առաջանում ամռանը և անհրաժեշտ են բավականին մեծ լրացուցիչ  հզորություններ»,- ավելացրեց Արեգ Գալստյանը:
