ՄԱԿ-ում հայկական ներկայացուցչության դիվանագետը խոսել է ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի մասին

ՄԱԿ-ի Տնտեսական և սոցիալական խորհրդի Բնակչության և զարգացման հարցերով հանձնաժողովի` Նյու Յորքում կայացած 49-րդ հանդիպման շրջանակում ելույթ է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչ Խանիմ Իբրահիմովան` բարձրացնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հետևանքով «տեղահանված ու փախստական դարձած 1 մլն ադրբեջանցիների խնդրի մասին»։

Սրան ի պատասխան` հայկական ներկայացուցչության դիվանագետ Սոֆյա Սիմոնյանն ասել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը ՄԱԿ-ի հարթակն օգտագործում է ԼՂ-ի վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելու համար։

Դիվանագետը նկատել է, որ վերջին օրերին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի նախահարձակ գործողությունները խախտել են հրադադարի ռեժիմը, վնասել են խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացը, ինչպես նաև կոպտորեն ոտնահարել են միջազգային մարդասիրական ու մարդու իրավունքները։ Նա ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից խաղաղ բնակչությանը ռմբակոծելու ու տարեց բնակիչների նկատմամբ իրագործված անընդունելի բարբարոսությունների մասին։

Սիմոնյանի խոսքով՝ ապրիլի 10-ին Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչների ներկայությամբ կայացած զոհված զինվորների մարմինների փոխանակման ժամանակ արձանագրվել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմից փոխանցված մարմինները եղել են խոշտանգված ու անարգված:

«Նման գործողությունները կոպտորեն խախտում են միջազգային մարդասիրական ու մարդու իրավունքները։ Դրանք ոչնչով չեն տարբերվում «Իսլամական պետության» և այլ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դրսևորած վարքագծից»,-ասել է հայ դիվանագետը:

Իր խոսքում Սիմոնյանը նաև նշել է, որ Հայաստանն ու ԼՂՀ-ն համաձայնել են հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ստեղծմանը, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը շարունակաբար մերժում է այդ առաջարկը:

«Վերջին հարձակումն ակնհայտորեն ցույց տվեց, թե ինչու է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը դեմ այս մեխանիզմի ստեղծմանը: Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն ուղղակիորեն պատասխանատվություն է կրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար»,-ասել է Սիմոնյանը:
