Это не творожная запеканка и не чизкейк, а самый настоящий сырник! Все без исключения, кто пробовал кондитерское чудо под названием «Львовский сырник», оставались в восторге. Это полезное лакомство идеально походит в качестве завтрака. Творог в таком виде обожают даже дети, ведь он напоминает большойглазированный сырок!

Обычно это лакомство подают к ароматному свежеприготовленному кофе. Сырник получается невероятно нежным, сочным и ароматным. Незабываемый десерт из творога! По возможности используй домашние яйца и жирный творог, который не должен быть слишком влажным. Твои домашние непременно оценят!

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 

  • 500 г творога
  • 4 яйца
  • 200 г сахара
  • 1 ст. л. цедры лимона
  • 130 г сливочного масла
  • 40 г изюма
  • 1 ст. л. манки
  • 3 ст. л. сметаны
  • 2 ст. л. какао-порошка

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

  1. Перетри творог через сито.
  2. Взбей 150 г сахара с желтками.
  3. Добавь манную крупу, изюм, лимонную цедру, 100 г масла комнатной температуры.
  4. Добавь творог и всё перемешай.
  5. Белки взбей до густого состояния.
  6. Аккуратно введи белки в творожную массу, перемешай.
  7. Разогрей духовку до 180 градусов.
  8. Застели форму для выпечки пергаментом, немного смажь маслом и посыпь мукой. Выложи массу в форму и выпекай 45 минут.
  9. Приготовь глазурь. В кастрюле на маленьком огне растопи 1 ст. л. масла, 2 ст. л. сахара, держи на огне, помешивая.
  10. Добавь 3 ст. л. сметаны и 2 ст. л. какао. Не переставая помешивать, доведи массу до кипения, сними с огня.
  11. Готовому сырнику дай время остыть, затем полей горячей глазурью. Отправь десерт в холодильник на ночь.
