ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՀԲԸՄ 110-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ  շնորհավորական ուղերձ է ՝ հղել կառույցի նախագահ Պերճ Սեդրակյանին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում նշված է. Հարգելի´ պարոն Սեդրակյան,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Հայ բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության բոլոր անդամներին կառույցի 110-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով:

Փառահեղ անցյալ ունեցող այս հզոր կազմակերպությունը, հավատարիմ մնալով իր հիմնադիրների սկզբունքներին, իրապես հիացմունքի է արժանի: Ավելի քան մեկդարյա գործունեության ընթացքում վեհ գաղափարների շուրջ համախմբված անձինք մշտապես հանդես են եկել հայանպաստ և հայրենապաշտ գործունեությամբ և օգնել դիմակայելու տարբեր ժամանակներում մեր ազգին նետված մարտահրավերների աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում:

Իր ողջ գոյության ընթացքում Բարեգործականը եղել և շարունակում է մնալ հայապահպանության հենասյուներից մեկը։ Դրա վառ վկայությունն են այն ծրագրերը, որոնք իրականացրել և իրականացնում է ՀԲԸՄ-ն Հայաստանում, սփյուռքում և Արցախում:

Այս հոբելյանը դիմավորում ենք նոր և ծանր մարտահրավերների դիմակայելով. հայրենիքի շուրջ և սփյուռքում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություները բոլորիս առջև նոր հիմնախնդիրներ են դրել։ Վերջին օրերի ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան ապացույցն է այն բանի, որ մենք իրավունք չունենք զգոն չլինելու, և որ մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգության դեմ ոտնձգություններին դիմագրավելու միակ ճշմարիտ ուղին մեր համախմբված և միասնական լինելն է: Այս գործելաոճով է միշտ առաջնորդվել ՀԲԸՄ-ն:

Հարգարժա´ն պարոն Սեդրակյան,

Վստահ եմ, որ այսուհետ ևս Ձեր ղեկավարած կառույցն անշեղորեն շարունակելու է իրականցնել ազգանվեր նոր ձեռնարկներ՝ ի նպաստ մեր համազգային խնդիրների լուծման:

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և ողջ հայ ժողովրդին այս նշանակալի տարեդարձի առթիվ:

Թող այս հոբելյանը Հայ բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության բոլոր մասնաճյուղերի և ողջ հայ ժողովրդի համար լինի բարություն, ջերմություն և խաղաղություն սփռող յուրօրինակ ազդակ:

Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ և կառույցի բոլոր անդամներին բեղուն աշխատանք, անսպառ եռանդ՝ ի նպաստ հայ ժողովրդի լուսավոր ապագայի և ի փառս հայրենիքի»:
