Լեհաստան կատարած այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահ Յոհաննես Զինգհամմերի հետ ունեցած առանձնազրույցում մանրամասն ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ապրիլի սկզբին սանձազերծված ռազմական ագրեսիայի հետեւանքները:

Մասնավորապես փաստվել է, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողություններում նկատելի է ԴԱԻՇ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության ձեռագիրը: Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը Բունդեսթագի նախագահի տեղակալին հայտնել է, որ Ալիեւի հանցավոր վարչակազմը տարիներ շարունակ խոսում եւ գործում էր հակամարտության ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծման մասին, իսկ միջազգային հանրության անհասցե հորդորները, ակնհայտ փաստերի վրա աչք փակելը, այսինքն՝ անպատժելիությունը, հանգեցրին ապրիլի սկզբին տեղի ունեցած ադրբեջանական ռազմական ագրեսիային:

Ըստ Շարմազանովի՝ ՀՀ-ն մշտապես ապացուցել է, որ խնդրի խաղաղ լուծման կողմնակից է, ինչը մշտապես մերժվում է ալիեւյան հանցավոր իշխանության կողմից: Մեկ անգամ եւս շեշտելով, որ անկախ, ազատ ու անվտանգ երկրում ապրելու՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի անբաժան իրավունքը հաստատվել է համապետական հանրաքվեով, Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է միջազգային օրակարգի հարց դարձնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության հարցը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունն իր հանցավոր գործողություններում անգամ դաշնակից ունի. Թուրքիան բացահայտ ցուցադրում է իր աջակցությունն ալիեւյան հանցագործություններին, որոնք տեղի են ունենում հայկական տարածքներում:

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահ Յոհաննես Զինգհամմերը վստահեցրել է, որ Գերմանիան նույնպես հակամարտությունները խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու կողմնակից է, իսկ որպես Մինսկի խմբի անդամ՝ ջանք չի խնայի, որպեսզի ԼՂ խնդիրը նույնպես լուծվի խաղաղ բանակցությունների ճանապարհով:

Բունդեսթագի փոխնախագահը Էդուարդ Շարմազանովին տեղեկացրել է նաեւ, որ ընթացիկ տարվա հունիսին Բունդեսթագը քննարկելու է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցը:
