ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի խորհրդականի հետ

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանն ապրիլի 15-ին հանդիպեց Գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հարցերով ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի խորհրդական Վահան Թյուրեկյանի հետ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլզը և Բնապահպանության, գիտության, տեխնոլոգիայի և առողջապահության հարցերով ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության տարածաշրջանային (կենտրոնա կայանը` Բուդապեշտ) գրասենյակի տնօրեն Րաֆֆի Բալյանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին, ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ հայ-ամերիկյան քաղաքական հարաբերությունները գտնվում են բարձր մակարդակի վրա, դինամիկ կերպով զարգանում են տնտեսական հարաբերությունները, ինչպես հայ-ամերիկյան միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի, այնպես էլ վերջերս ստեղծված ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ առևտրի և ներդրումների շրջանակային համաձայնագրի խորհրդի շրջանակներում, որի անդրանիկ նիստը կայացավ 2015թ. աշնանը Երևանում:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը մեծապես կարևորեց նաև գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցությունը և նախանշեց դրա հետագա զարգացման համար առկա մեծ ներուժը: Որպես հաջողված օրինակ, Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը նշեց ԱՄՆ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ընկերությունների մասնաճյուղերի գործունեությունը Հայաստանում: Փոխնախարարը ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարության առաջնայնություններից է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և գիտության ու նորարարության զարգացումը Հայաստանում: Եվ դրա վառ ապացույցն է` ս.թ. մարտի վերջին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատանքային այցը ԱՄՆ , որտեղ նա հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Մասաչուսեթսի տեխնոլոգիական ինստիտուտում, Հարվարդի համալսարանում, այցելել մի շարք նորարարական ընկերություններ:

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի խորհրդականը ներկայացրեց իր պաշտոնի լիազորությունների շրջանակը, որոնք ներառում են գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորոտում ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության համար փորձագիտական աշխատանքների իրականացում, սերտ կապերի հաստատում ԱՄՆ ոչ կառավարական գիտական շրջանակների և պետական հաստատությունների միջև, ամերիկյան գիտական շրջանակները ներկայացնող սփյուռքի միջև ցանցի ձևավորում: Վահան Թյուրեկյանը կարևորեց իր այցը Հայաստան` նշելով գիտության, տեխնոլոգիաների և նորարարության ոլորտում Հայաստանի գիտական շրջանակների և ընկերությունների հետ համագործակցության ընդլայնման առավելությունները:

Իր այցի շրջանակներում ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի խորհրդականը արդեն այցելել էր հայկական մի շարք նորարական և տեխնոլոգիական ընկերություններ և լաբորատորիաներ` նշելով, որ դրանց միջոցով հայ գիտնականները կապվում են աշխարհի իրենց գործընկերների հետ:
