Ապրիլի 17-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի անդամ Յարոմիր Շտետինային (Չեխիայի Հանրապետություն), ով Արցախ էր ժամանել ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանի ուղեկցությամբ։ 

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։ 

Կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել ապրիլի 2-5 Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԼՂՀ դեմ սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի և դրա հետևանքների շուրջ։ 

ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այն Ադրբեջանի կողմից վաղուց նախապատրաստված ու կանխամտածված փորձ էր՝ տապալել խաղաղ գործընթացը և լուծել ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը ռազմական ճանապարհով, որը, սակայն, ձախողվեց։ Կարեն Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից այդ ընթացքում իրականացվել են ռազմական հանցագործություններ, որոնք ուղեկցվում էին պատերազմի օրենքների ու սովորույթների և միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի զանգվածային խախտումներով։ 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Արցախի և Եվրամիության միջև կապերի ամրապնդմանն ու զարգացմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի։
