Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ Արարատի մարզի Քաղցրաշեն համայնքի բնակիչները, ի նշան բողոքի, փակել էին Երևան-Մեղրի գլխավոր մայրուղին: Քաղցրաշենցիները բողոքում էին, որ նախորդ տարվանից մինչ օրս չեն կարողացել մթերված խաղողի գումարները ստանալ: Առջևում գարնան նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն են, որը, սակայն, առանց այդ գումարների հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել:

ՀՀ ԳՆ փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը ավելի վաղ Orer.am-ին տեղեկացրել էր, որ խոսքը «Վինար» ընկերության մասին է, սակայն ընկերության ղեկավարը խոստացել է մարտի 25-ից մինչև ապրիլի 15-ը բոլոր գյուղացիների գումարները վճարել:Այս ամենից անցել է մոտ մեկ ամիս և գյուղացիները, տեսնելով, որ սայլը դեռևս շարունակում է նույն տեղում մեխված մնալ, որոշել են այս անգամ արդեն գալ կառավարության շենքի մոտ և բողոքի ակցիա անցկացնել:Բողոքավորներին վարչապես Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ասել է, որ խնդրին տեղյակ է և փորձելու է հարցերին լուծում տալ, սակայն կառավարության շենքի մոտ հավաքվածներին դա այնքան էլ չէր համոզել: Նրանք նշում էին, որ արդեն ութ ամիս է՝ նույն բանն են ասում, բայց հարցն այդպես էլ չի լուծվում:

Նույն խնդիրն ունեն ոչ միայն Քաղցրաշեն համայնքի, այլև Այգեզարդի, Նորաշենի և Վերին Արտաշատի խաղողագործները: Նորաշենի գյուղապետ Արտուշ Սարգսյանը Orer.am-ին տեղեկացրեց, որ բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ իրավիճակը բավական դժվար է. «Մեր գյուղից էլ կան մարդիկ, իհարկե, ոչ այնքան շատ: Մենք կապի մեջ ենք ընկերության ղեկավարության հետ, կառավարությունում էլ են հարցին տեղյակ և սպասում ենք, որ հարցը լուծվի, քանի որ գյուղացիների վիճակը բավականին ծանր է»,- ասաց Ա. Սարգսյանը:

Հարցին, թե ժամանակը չի սպասում, և այս պահին արդեն գյուղացին պետք է կարողանա գարնան գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել, իսկ գումարների բացակայության պատճառով այն չի կարողանում իրականացնել, ուստի ինքը՝ որպես գյուղապետ, գյուղացուն անելանելի իրավիճակից դուրս բերելու համար ի՞նչ քայլեր է իրականացնում, Ա.Սարգսյանն ասաց. «Ի՞նչ պետք է անեմ, մենք էլ մեր ձևով, հայկական վարյանտով գյուղացիներին օգնում ենք, տեսնենք՝ ինչ կլինի: Ուրիշ ի՞նչ պետք է անենք, բայց ես համոզված եմ, որ կառավարությունն ամեն ինչ կանի, որ այդ հարցերը լուծվեն, կընդառաջեն, բայց չեն թողնի, որ այդ գումարները կորեն»,- ասաց Նորաշենի գյուղապետը:
