Հայկական կողմը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ չի քննարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցով բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպման հնարավորությունն ու ժամկետները:

Այս մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՀՀ Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Հակոբյանը:

«Այս փուլում բանակցային գործընթացի կողմերը և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները չեն քննարկել բարձր մակարդակով հանդիպման հնարավորությունն ու ժամկետները»,-ասել է Հակոբյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահները, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների ղեկավարներ, բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն այլընտրանք չկա, և ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի բացառումը պետք է լինի հիմնախնդրի լուծման հիմնական սկզբունքներից մեկը: «Հայաստանը, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը մշտապես արտահայտել են իրենց աջակցությունը համանախագահների այդ դիրքորոշմանը»,-նշել է Վլադիմիր Հակոբյանը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` մոտակա օրերին կկայանա ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի այցը Հայաստան:

«Այն լավ առիթ կհանդիսանա` շարունակելու ապրիլի սկզբին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիվ գործողությունների, Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների, խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ հանցագործությունների առնչությամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մոտեցումների վերաբերյալ քննարկումները, ինչպես նաև բանակցային գործընթացի հեռանկարների դիտարկումը, որի էությունը, անկասկած, հանդիսանում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի սրացումը»,- ընդգծել է ՀՀ Նախագահ մամուլի քարտուղարը:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտնել էր, որ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Հայաստան կայցելի ապրիլի 21-22-ը:
