Դավիթ Լոքյանն ու Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին քննարկել են ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանն ապրիլի 18-ին ընդունել էՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկիին:

Ողջունելով դեսպանին` նախարարը կարևորել է Եվրոպական միության հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունն ու հարաբերությունների զարգացումը:

«Եվրամիության օժանդակությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը,որոնք այսօր կյանքի են կոչվում, շատ նպատակային են: Բազմաթիվ այլ լրջագույն խնդիրների շարքում մեր երկիրն ունի տարածքների անհամաչափ զարգացման, մարզերում աղքատության, գործազրկության, եկամուտների պակասիխնդիր:

«Հայաստանի 2016-2025թթ. Տարածքային զարգացմանռազմավարություն» փաստաթուղթը, որին Եվրամիություննաջակցում է, թույլ կտա զարգացման համակարգված ծրագրերի իրականացման ճանապարհով հասնել տարածքների զարգացմանև վերոնշյալ խնդիրների լուծման»,- հանդիպման սկզբում ասել է նախարարը:

Նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից նաև տեղեկացրին. «Դավիթ Լոքյանը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ համայնքների զարգացման միջոցով է հնարավոր ապահովել երկրի զարգացումը և նշել, որ այդ հարցում նախարարությունը պատրաստ է ակտիվորեն համագործակցել Եվրոպական միության հետ:

Նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագրին՝ նշելով, որ վարչական բարեփոխումները ևս կարող են նպաստել տարածքներում ֆինանսական  և մարդկային ռեսուրների կուտակմանն ու նոր ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:

ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Սվիտալսկին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարարին հանդիպման համար և կարևորել հանդիպումը ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերը քննարկելու տեսանկյունից:

«Եվրոպական միության համար Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հետ համագործակցությունըառաջնահերթություն է: Մենք համակարծիք ենք, որ տարածքային զարգացման ապահովմամբ միայն կարելի է ապահովել երկրիզարգացումը:

Ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է շարունակենք համագործակցությունը՝ շեշտը դնելով տարածքների զարգացման վրա»,-ասել է Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին: Նա նշել է, որ կառույցը պատրաստ է աջակցել ցանկացած նախաձեռնության, որն ուղղված կլինի տարածքների զարգացմանը:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքին, ինչպես նաև հետագա համագործակցությանը  վերաբերող հարցեր:
