Դավիթ Տոնոյանը ԵԱՀԿ դեսպանին ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած գործողությունները

ՀՀ պաշտպանության  նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ապրիլի 19-ին հանդիպել է ԵԱՀԿ գերմանական նախագահության Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Գյունտեր Բեխլերի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ԼՂՀ դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնածավալ հարձակողական գործողություններին և շփման գծում ներկայիս իրավիճակին առնչվող հարցեր:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Դավիթ Տոնոյանը դեսպան Բեխլերին ներկայացրել է ապրիլի 2-ից 5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքը, շփման գոտում ներկայումս ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև հայկական կողմի զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց դեմ ադրբեջանական զինուժի գործած ռազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկատվություն, նշելով, որ հայկական կողմը ձեռնամուխ է լինելու վերոնշյալ հանցագործությունների միջազգային իրավական գնահատական տալու գործընթացին:

Հատուկ ընդգծվել է, որ հրադադարի վերականգման մասին բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունները Ադրբեջանի կողմից չեն պահպանվում և վերոնշյալ պայմանավորվածությունից հետո հակառակորդի կրակից և հրետակոծությունից ԼՂՀ կողմն ունի զոհեր և վիրավորներ, ինչին ԼՂՀ պաշտպանական բանակի ստորաբաժանումները ստիպված են կտրուկ արձագանքել:

Այս առումով կարևորվել է ԵԱՀԿ-ի դերը շփման գծում լարվածության թուլացման, ինչպես նաև մոնիտորինգային և միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների շուտափույթ ներդրման միջոցով հրադադարը ամրապնդելու գործում:
