Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Իսլամական պետությանը հատուկ ոճի գործողությունները հասել են մեր տարածաշրջան. ես ի նկատի ունեմ գլխատված և ականջները կտրած, խոշտանգված հայ զինվորներին, խաղաղ բնակիչներին, սպանված երեխաներին, կանանց և ծերերին:

Այսօրվա ելույթս ԵԽԽՎ-ում Սիրիայի փախստականների հարցի շուրջ:

Սիրիայի փախստականների խնդիրը անմասն չի թողել նաև մեր երկիրը: Փախստականներ ընդունած երկրների թվում Հայաստանը Եվրոպայում երրորդն է՝ Գերմանիայից և Շվեդիայից հետո: Այսօր մենք բախվում ենք շատ խնդիրների հետ, սակայն մեր կառավարությանը կողմից ձեռնարկվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները, որպեսզի Հայաստանում ապաստան գտած Սիրիայի փախստականներին նորմալ կենսական պայմաններով ապահովելու համար: Նար տրվել են մի շարք օրենսդրական կարգավորումներ, որոնք այս մարդկանց տալիս են որոշակի բիզնես արտոնություններ՝ լիարժեք ինտեգրման համար: Այնուամենայնիվ՝ ԵՄ-ի կողմից մեր կառավարությանը ցուցաբերված ցանկացած աջակցություն շատ անհրաժեշտ է և ողջունելի:

Փախստականներից շատերը էթնիկ հայեր են, այն ընտանիքների սերունդները, ովքեր Թուրքիայից տեղահանվել են ավելի քան հարյուր տարի առաջ և ապաստան գտել հարևան Սիրիայում: Նրանց մեծ մասը դեռ հիշում է, իսկ մյուսները շարունակաբար լսել են իրենց ընտանիքների պատմությունները՝ Թուրքիայում 1915թ թվականին Հայոց Ցեղասպանության ընթացքում կատարված կոտորածների մասին: Մենք շնորհակալ ենք այն բոլոր երկրներին, ովքեր մեկ դար առաջ ապաստան տվեցին Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունից փրկված հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց:

Այնուամենայնիվ, 2011 թվականի պատերազմի բռնկումից և Իսլամական պետություն ստեղծումից ի վեր, նրանցից շատերը զոհ գնացին ահաբեկչական հարձակումներին, իսկ հայկական բնակավայրերը, եկեղեցիները, դպրոցները և մշակութային կազմակերպությունները ավերվեցին: Տասնյակ հազարավոր հայեր Մերձավոր Արևելքի ժողովուրդների հետ միասին ստիպված եղան ևս մեկ անգամ լքել իրենց տները:

Չնայած, մեծ աշխատանք է տարվում փախստականներին՝ իրենց նոր բնակավայրերում նորմալ կեսապայմաններ ապահովելու հարցում, մեր բոլորի հիմնական խնդիրը պետք է լինի Իսլամական պետություն կոչված ահաբեկչական խմբավորման իսպառ վերացումը:

Այս դաժան պատերազմը վտանգում է ամբողջ աշխարհը, և դրա վառ ապացույցներից են Փարիզում և Բրյուսելում կատարված վերջին ահաբեկչական գործողությունները, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կատարված սարսափելի բռնությունները. ես ի նկատի ունեմ գլխատված և ականջները կտրած, խոշտանգված հայ զինվորներին, խաղաղ բնակիչներին, սպանված երեխաներին, կանանց և ծերերին։ Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Իսլամական պետությանը հատուկ ոճի գործողությունները հասել են մեր տարածաշրջան։ Մեր բոլորի ամենակարևոր խնդիրն այս վայրենիների դեմ համատեղ պայքարն է՝ նրանց հետագա տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով:

Փախստականների մասին հոգ տանելուն զուգահեռ՝ մենք պետք է կանխենք նորանոր փախստականներ ունենալու հնարավորությունը:
