Արամ Հարությունյանը ֆրանսիական պատվիրակության հետ քննարկել է «Աէրացիա»-ի և Վեդիի ջրամբարի ծրագրերը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի (ՀՀ ԳՆ ՋՏՊԿ) նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը և Ֆրանսիական զարգացման գործակալության (ՖԶԳ) պատվիրակությունն ապրիլի 20-ին քննարկել են ֆրանսիական կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող ‹‹Աէրացիա›› կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանի և ՖԶԳ-ի կողմից ֆինասավորվող՝ Վեդիի ջրամբարի  կառուցման ծրագրերի հետ կապված ընթացիկ հարց եր, ինչպես նաև ծրագրային համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղղությունները:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՋՏՊԿ-ից՝ նշելով. «Հայաստանում  է գտնվում Ֆրանսիական Զարգացման Գործակալության (ՖԶԳ) պատվիրակությունը՝ գործակալության ‹‹Ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման›› ծրագրի ղեկավար, ջրային  ինժեներ Սիլվեյն Ռուզեուի և ՖԶԳ-ի ստամբուլյան տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի Կովկասի հարցերով բաժնի ներկայացուցիչ Անտուան Լյուրիի մասնակցությամբ:

Պատվիրակությունը ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության միջոցով հանդիպում էր խնդրել Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ա.Հարությունյանից՝ քննարկելու հետագա համագործակցության հնարավոր ոլորտները, հետազոտելու Հայաստանի ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման սեկտորներում ֆինանսավորման հնարավոր պահանջները, հավատարիմ՝ ԶՖԳ-ի ‹‹կանաչ և ներառական աճ›› մանդատի: Հիմնական շեշտը դրվելու է ֆինանսավորման նպատակահարմարության  վրա:

Հանդիպումը կայացավ ս/թ ապրիլի 20-ին ՋՏՊԿ-ում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկեցին ֆրանսիական կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող ‹‹Աէրացիա›› կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանի և ՖԶԳ-ի կողմից ֆինասավորվող  Վեդիի ջրամբարի  կառուցման ծրագրերի հետ կապված ընթացիկ հարցեր, ինչպես նաև ծրագրային համագործակցության պոտենցիալ ուղղությունները:

Կոմիտեի նախագահ Ա. Հարությունյանը, ելնելով գործակալության մանդատից, ֆրանսիական կողմին առաջարկեց քննարկել ջրամատակարարման տարածքից դուրս մնացած 560 բնակավայրերի ոռոգման համակարգի արդիականացման, կեղտաջրերի մաքրման ծրագրերի ծավալների մեծացման, հակահեղեղային միջոցառումների իրականացման աշխատանքների հետ կապված ներդրումային ուղղությունները:

Ֆրանսիական կողմը, կարևորելով կոմիտեի կողմից կատարված առաջարկությունները,  նշեց, որ գործակալության մանդատը հնարավորություն է տալիս  ծրագրեր իրականացնել ոչ միայն ըստ կոնկրետ ուղղությունների, այլ նաև ապահովել տարածաշրջանային մոտեցում, որն իր հերթին տվյալ տարածքում առկա խնդիրներին ինտեգրացված լուծման հնարավորություն կտա:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտքեր փոխանակեցին նաև առաջիկայում կայանալիք խմելու ջրի մրցույթի, ծրագրային առաջարկները համատեղ քննարկելու վերաբերյալ»:
