 Իրանը պատասխան խիստ միջոցներ կձեռնարկի համաշխարհային տերությունների կողմից Թեհրանի եւ «վեցյակի» (ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի հինգ մշտական անդամները եւ Գերմանիան) միջեւ Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ պլանի իրագործման ձգձգմանը, որն սկսվել է հունվարի 16-ին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել է Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին՝ ելույթ ունենալով կառավարության նիստում:

«Մենք պետք է վերահսկենք եւ ստուգենք, թե հակառակ կողմն ինչպես է կատարում համաձայնագիրը,- նախագահի խոսքը մեջբերել է Fars գործակալությունը:- Եթե մենք տեսնում ենք ժամկետների խախտում եւ մյուս կողմից գործարքի պայմանների ոչ ամբողջական կատարում, ապա ի պատասխան կլինի լուրջ հակազդում»:

Չնայած պլանի իրագործումն սկսելուն, Թեհրանը մինչ այժմ հնարավորություն չունի օգտվել իր այն ակտիվներից, որոնք ավելի վաղ սառեցվել են ամերիկյան բանկերում, եւ դժվարություններ է կրում արտասահմանյան երկրների բանկերում իր դոլարային հաշիվներն օգտագործելիս:

Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին հայտարարել է, որ Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆի հետ Նյու Յորքում կայացաած հանդիպմանը հաջողվել է որոշ առաջընթացի հասնել մի շարք հանգուցային հարցերի շուրջ: «Մենք բոլորս աշխատում ենք, որպեսզի Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագիրը (միջուկային համաձայնագիրը) կատարվի ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես նախատեսված է: Եվ որ համաձայնագրի բոլոր կողմերը օգուտ ստանան դրանից: Մենք այսօր քննարկեցինք մի շարք հանգուցային հարցեր, դրանց շուրջ հասանք որոշ առաջընթացի: Մենք պայմանավորվեցինք հանդիպել ապրիլի 22-ինÕ կլիմայի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո, որպեսզի ամրապնդենք այն բաները, որոնց շուրջ մենք խոսեցինք»,- ասել է Քերին լրագրողներին, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
