Վերջին օրերի թրենդային թեմաներից է կուլակաթափությունը: Այս թեմայով որքան հասկացա նույնիսկ ակցիաներ են սպասվում: Պետք է խոստովանել, որ հանրության ցասումը ինչպես շատ դեպքերում ռացիոնալ հիմքեր է պարունակում:
«Կռուգում» անհասկանալի, հաստափոր ձյաձաների ու պորճի որդիների ներկայությունը նույնիսկ չի արդարացնում նման հայտարարությունների աջ ու ձախ սփռումը:

Այստեղ խնդիրը ոչ այդքան օլիգարխներն են, որքան հավանական ներդրումները, որոնց համար Հայաստանը ոչ մի կերպ գրավիչ չի դառնում: Ու այս պարագայում սեփականության իրավունքի խախտման վերաբերյալ ցանկացած ակտ ոչ թե այդ օլիգարխներին կթուլացնի, այլ Հայաստան հնարավոր ներդրումները:

Մանավանդ, եկեք անկեղծ լինենք, նույն այդ օլիգարխները, որոնք պետության հաշվին են փողատերեր դարձել, առանձնապես վախեցած չեն, ոչ էլ բերելու են փողերը «հանձնեն» պետությանը: Արդյունքում էլի մենք ենք տուժելու:
Այլ բան է, որ պետք է հստակ պահանջ դրվի կասկածելի աղբյուրներից սնվող օլիգարխների հարցը, բայց արդեն այլ ռակուրսով:
