Մոտավորապես նույն այն պատճառով, ինչու էլ ակտուալ չէ Վերսալի, Սևրի, Ալեքսանդրոպոլի, Գյուլիստանի ու ավելի վաղ շրջանում կնքված տարատեսակ միջպետական պայմանագրեր։ Հասկանո՞ւմ եք, խնդիրը նրանում չէ սոսկ, որ ժամանակ է անցել։ Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ իրադրություն է փոխվել և դրանք այլևս ակտուալ չեն։ Որոշ դեպքերում նոր պատերազմներ են եղել, որոշ դեպքերում պետություններ են կործանվել, որոշ դեպքերումը նոր դաշիքներ են ստաղծվել և այլն․․․

Հիմա, երբ նոր պատերազմ է սկվել, նոր արյուն է հեղվել, եղել են այն վայրագությունները, որ թուքերն արեցին ու գրանցվել է այն արդյունքը, որը տեսնում ենք (իրենց ամենաէլիտար զորքերն ու ամենանորագույն տեխնիկան բախվեց մեր ամենասովորական ստորաբաժանումների ու սպառազինության հետ ու կարողացավ 500 քառակուսի մետր խլել միայն), Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները, Գոբլի պլանը, Քի Ուեսթյան դավաճանությունը, Լևոնի փաթեթային տարբերակները և այլն, այլևս ակտուալ չեն և չեն կարող որևէ կերպ դրական ներազդեցություն ունենալ։

Չի կարող Հայաստանը մի թիզ հող հետ տալ, որովհետև դա կընկալվի՝ որպես պարտություն ու դավաճանություն։ Չի կարող Հայաստանը թույլ տալ փախստականների վերադարձ, որովետև ես չեմ պատկերացնում, թե ոնց են հայն ու թուրքը Արցախում իրար կողքը խաղաղ ապրելու։ Չիի կարող հայ փախստականը վերադառնա Բաքու, որովհետև իրեն ոչ ոք այնտեղ չի սպասում ու առավել ևս՝ չի պաշտպանելու գլուխ կտրող հրոսակներից։ Ու վերջապես, չի եղել այդպիսի դեպք, երբ հող ազատագրվի ու հետո մի հատ էլ պահվի, և դա արվի արյան գնով, իսկ հետո այդ հողերը հետ տան թանաքով։ Նման բանի գնացող պետությունը գոյություն ունենալու իրավունք չունի։
