Նախ' 22 տարի անց ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցվեց ,որ անկախ բանակում ծառացած խնդիրներից և պռոբլեմներից հայկական ԶՈՒ-երը ունակ են դիմակայելու հակառակորդի ամեն տեսակ հարձակումների ,փաստը մնում է փաստ,որ ադրբեջանական կողմը կիրառելով իր զինանոցի գրեթե 90%-ը չկարողացավ իր առջև դրված խնդիրը լուծել:

Միամտություն կլինի կարծել,որ հակառակորդը ներգրավելով մեծաքանակ մարդկային ռեսուրսներ,տանկեր , հրետանի և «Սմերչ» կայաններ նպատակ է հետապնդել գրավել մի քանի դիրքեր հյուսիսային կողմից և նույնքան էլ հարաֆային թևից:Պաշտոնական տեղեկությունների համաձայն այդ դիրքերը այնքան էլ մեծ ռազմավարական նշանակություն չունեն (այդ թեզին ես այդքան էլ կողմ չեմ և կարծում եմ ցանկացած դիրք ,որը մենք պահում ենք ռազմավարական առումով նշանակություն ունեցող դիրքեր են),և եթե նույնիսկ հաշվի առնենք ,որ կարևոր դիրքեր ենք կորցրել ,ապա տեղի ունեցածի համատեքստում կարծում եմ հայկական ԶՈՒ երը իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները նորմալ են կատարել:

Հարձակվելով հյուսիսից և հարաֆից հակառակորդը նպատակ էր հետապնդում թուլացնել կենտրոնական ուղղությունը (Ակնայի թևը) և մեծաքանակ զորք և զին տեխնիկա մոտեցնելով արևելյան ուղղությամբ պետք է փորձ կատարեր ճեղքել պաշպանական այդ բնագիծը:Ժամանակակից տեխնիկական սարքերի օգնությամբ ,այդ ուղղության վրա հայկական կողմը հրետանու ուժերով կարողացավ ծանր հարված հասցնել և կասեցնել ադրբեջանական զորքերի առաջխաղացումը :Ի դեպ ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների հակառակորդը մարդկային և տեխնիկական կորուստների գերակշիռ մասը հենց այդ ուղղության վրա է կորցրել:

Չափազանց մեծ նաշանակություն ունեն առաջնագծում տեղադրված համապատասխան սարքավորումները , ինչը առաջին հայացքից դժվար է նկատել,և կարծում եմ շատ դեպքերում անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով պետք էլ չէ ,որ նկատելի լինեն :Ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ հստակ ապացուցվեց նմանատիպ միջոցների կարևորությունը , և ապագայում էլ կարծում եմ էլ ավելի շատ ուշադրության պետք է արժանանան նորագույն տեխնիկական սարքավորումները ինչպես նաև կապի միջոցները:

Պետք է շարունակել նմանատիպ տեխնիկական միջոցներով համալրելու գործընթացը ,քանի որ վերջին զարգացումները ցույց տվեցին ,որ դրանց օգնությամբ կարևորագույն խնդիրներ շատ հեշտ լուծում են ստանում, և ինչպես ընդունված է ասել փոքր ուժերով մեծ խնդիրներ են լուծվում..........
