«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՌԴ եւ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովի ու Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանի ասուլիսից հետո իշխանական գործիչները եւ մերձիշխանական լրատվամիջոցները երեկ ցնծության չհիմնավորված այնպիսի մի ալիք էին բարձրացրել, որ թվում էր, թե հաղթել ենք նաեւ բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ:

Նկատենք, որ ԼՂՀ խնդրի վերաբերյալ Լավրովը երեկ բառացի հայտարարեց. «Այս փուլում մենք համարում ենք, որ պետք է լիարժեքորեն գործի 94թ. զինադադարի մասին պայմանագիրը, որը հանդիսանում է անժամկետ փստաթուղթ, եւ այն բոլոր կողմերը պետք է հարգեն։ Ռուսաստանն իր ազգային հատկանիշներով եւ որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներից մեկը կանի ամեն ինչ՝ կողմերին աջակցելու համար: Այս փուլում առանց նախապայմանների հրադադարի պայմանները պահպանելուց բացի՝ մենք կարեւոր ենք համարում ուշադրության արժանացնել վստահության միջոցների եւ անվտանգության ապահովման միջոցների ու միջադեպերը քննելու առարկայական կիրառումը՝ ըստ այն պայմանավորվածությունների, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել 2011 թվականին Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների ժամանակ, որոնց կյանքի կոչելու ուղղությամբ աշխատել է ԵԱՀԿ-ն»:

Իշխանական գործիչները ՌԴ նախարարի խոսքերի առաջին մասը դրոշակ դարձրած ցնծում էին: Սակայն իրականում Լավրովը իր խոսքի երկրորդ մասում փաստեց, որ բանակցային սեղանին դրված է, այսպես կոչված, Կազանյան փաստաթուղթը, քանի որ 2011-ին հենց դրա շուրջ են բանակցությունները ընթացել:

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ Կազանյան փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը Ադրբեջանի մեղքով տապալվեց, դրա համար ՀՀ-ում փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել իբրեւ ապացույց, որ փաստաթուղթը մեզ է ձեռնտու: Գուցե խոստովանե՞ք, որ Ադրբեջանն ավելին է ցանկացել ստանալ:

Տեղեկացնենք, որ Կազանյան փաստաթղթով նախատեսվում է ազատագրված շրջաններից 5-ը հանձնել Ադրբեջանին: Այդ փաստաթղթով նախատեսված է շփման գծում խաղաղապահներ տեղակայել՝ հայկական զորքերը հետ քաշելով: Ով եւ ինչպես է երաշխավորելու, որ օտարներն իրենց կյանքի գնով Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի բնակչության անվտանգությունը կապահովեն: Պարոնայք, իշխանավորներ, գուցե դադարեք կեղծ հաղթանակներ կերտելուց եւ հանրությանը հնարավորություն տաք փոխել եւ հզորացնել Հայաստանը: Անգամ մեկ թիզ հողի հանձնման մասին մտածելն այսօրվա իրավիճակում ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան դավաճանություն»:
