Ջավախքցի ուսանողներն ու Կոտայքի մարզի դպրոցականները ևս մասնակցեցին մոմավառությանն ու երթին

Երեկ ինչպես Հայաստանի շրջաններից, այնպես էլ աշխարհի տարբեր կետերից հայրենիք էին ժամանել հազարավոր հայեր, նրանք հավաքվել էին մեկ վայրում՝ Ազատության հրապարակում, որպեսզի մասնակցեն ապրիլի 23-ին կազմակերպվող ավանդական ջահերով երթին: Հավաքվածների ու առհասարակ հայ ժողովրդի պահանջն ու ցանկությունը մեկն է՝ ճանաչել 1915 թվականին թուրքերի կողմից իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, դատապարտել ու այժմյան Թուրքիայից պահանջել ներողություն խնդրել մարդասպան նախնիների կողմից իրականացված ոճրագործության համար: Այսօրվա թուրքական իշխանությունը պետք է հաշվի նստի ՀՀ-ի կողմից ներկայացվող բոլոր պահանջների հետ:

 Orer.am-ը, շրջելով Ազատության հրապարակում, զրուցեց հավաքված երիտասարդներից մի քանիսի հետ: Ջավախքից ժամանած խմբի ներկայացուցիչ Էդգար Չախոյանը զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց, որ, անկախ բնակության վայրից, ապրիլի 24-ին հայերը պետք է ժամանեն Հայաստան՝ իրենց պահանջատիրական խոսքը բարձրացնելու համար: «Մենք բոլորս եկել ենք Ջավախքից, ուսանողներ ենք: Մեր մտահոգությունն այն է, թե ինչու Վրաստանը չի ճանաչում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Մեր պահանջն այն է, որ վրացի իշխանությունները հասկանան, որ մեզ բարեկամ երկիր են ու այս պարագայում նրանք պետք է գոնե քննարկման հարց դարձնեն Մեծ եղեռնը: Վրաստանի խորհրդարանում մի քանի անգամ բարձրաձայնվել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը, սակայն այն անգամ քննարկման չի դրվել, որը շատ ցավալի երեւույթ է»,- ասաց ջավախքցի երիտասարդը՝ հավելելով, թե մենք մեր այս քայլով ու համախմբվածությամբ կհասնենք նրան, որ թուրքը մի օր կճանաչի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Իսկ Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրվեժի միջնակարգ դպրոցի «Հայու կռունկ» ու «Արցախիկ» դասարաններին դեպի Ազատության հրապարակ ուղեկցող Աստղիկ Առաքելյանը զրույցի ընթացքում նշեց, որ 4-րդ եւ 8-րդ Բ դասարանների աշակերտները միախմբվելով եկել են հարգելու 1915 թվականի անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը: «Մոմերով ու դրոշներով եկել ենք մասնակցելու քայլերթին: Մեր այս քայլով մենք մեր նոր սերնդի մեջ ենք սերմանում հայրենասիրություն, ցանկանում ենք, որ նրանք հիշեն ու պահանջատեր լինեն»,- հավելեց նա:
