 Իրաքի «փեշմերգայի» քրդական ռազմականացված ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատի հետ բախումների արդյունքում մոտ 30 շիական աշխարհազորային է զոհվել:ՏԱՍՍ-ը գրում է, որ «Sky News Arabia» հեռուստաալիքը հայտնել է Իրաքում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պ այքարում զգալի նշանակություն ունեցող երկու կողմերի միջև զինված բախումների մասին: Դրանք տեղի են ունեցել երկրի հյուսիսում՝ Թուզ-Հուրմաթու շրջանում, որտեղ բնակվում են քրդեր, արաբներ ու թուրքմեններ: Տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ շիական աշխարհազորայինների հրամանատարությունը և «փեշմերգան» բախումների դադարեցման և հաշտության հայտարարման նպատակով պայմանավորվել են հրատապ հանդիպել:
