Այսօր ԱԺ-ում մեկնարկեց հերթական քառօրյան: Այն առանձնապես չէր տարբերվում նախորդներից: Ակտիվ էր հատկապես նիստի մեկնարկը: Օրակարգի քննարկումից հետո խորհրդարանականները սկսեցին միաձայն պահանջել փակ հանդիպում ՀՀ վարչապետի, ՊՆ և ԱԳ նախարարների հետ:

Հրանտ Բագրատյանն ասաց, որ ՊՆ ղեկավարման որակի հետ կապված կասկածներ ունի: Պատգամավորն առաջարկեց պարզաբանումներ պահանջել ղեկավար կազմից. «Շքեղ մեքենաները, ջիփերը տասնյակներով դրվում են մարդկանց տակ, բայց չկա հասարակ «Ալինկո», որը կար 25 տարի առաջ: Զինվորները բջջայիններով էին կապվում իրար հետ, ինչը հանգեցնում էր լրացուցիչ զոհերի»:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն էլ նկատեց՝ եթե ասում են փակ քննարկում, ուրեմն կան հարցեր, որոնք պետք է տրվեն առանց լրատվամիջոցների ներկայության. «Եթե գործընկերներս բարձրացնում են նույն հարցը, նշանակում է՝ խնդիր կա, նշանակում է՝ ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած փակ նիստը չի բավարարել պատգամավորների մտահոգությունը»:

Մյուս պատգամավորները կարծես թե ելույթ էին ունենում «գալոչկայի» համար, որպեսզի երևան եթերում, նրանք բառացիորեն կրկնում էին արդեն առաջ քաշված թեզերը՝ այլ շարդասությամբ: Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ մեր պառլամենտարիզմը սիրողական մակարդակի վրա է:

Այնուհտև լիագումար նիստում սկսվեց Ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումները: Սակայն եթե նայենք ԱԺ դահլիճի «տխուր» վիճակից` կարելի է կարծել, որ մեր հայրենի օրենսդիրներին այնքան էլ չի հետաքրքրում երկրի կարևոր փաստաթղթերից մեկի քննարկումը: Համենայնդեպս, դահլիճում ներկա պատգամավորներին կարելի է մատների վրա հաշվել:
