ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանն ապրիլի 25-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր, Եվրախորհրդարանում Արցախի խմբի ղեկավար Ֆրանկ Էնգելին և նրան Արցախ այցի ընթացքում ուղեկցող ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանին ու «Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» միջազգային կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Հովհաննես Գրիգորյանին:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ ԱԺ մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Հանդիպումը կայացել է ընդլայնված կազմով՝ Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Եվրախորհրդարան բարեկամության խմբի բոլոր անդամների մասնակցությամբ:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը կարևորել է Ֆրանկ Էնգելի այցելությունն Արցախ հենց այս օրերին և հույս հայտնել, որ հանդիպումը նոր գաղափարներ կտա ապագա համագործակցության համար:

«Ապրիլի 12-ին Եվրախորհրդարանում ղարաբաղյան թեմայով քննարկումները ցույց տվեցին, որ այնտեղ կա տեղեկացված հանրություն, մի խումբ, որը կարող է ստանձնել Ղարաբաղի մասին անմիջական, օբյեկտիվ տեղեկատվությունը գործընկերների հետ կիսելու կարևոր գործը»,- նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ղարաբաղյան կողմի դիրքորոշմանը՝  խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն ընգծել է, որ, գոնե այժմ, բոլորի համար ավելի շոշափելի պետք է լինի այն իրողությունը, որի մասին նախորդ տարիներին բարձրաձայնում էր արցախյան կողմը:

«Ապրիլի առաջին օրերից, երբ ծավալվեց Ադրբեջանի նոր ագրեսիան, կարծում եմ, շատերի համար հասկանալի դարձավ այն ընկալումը, որ միջազգային ճանաչումը մեզ համար միայն ցանկություն չէ, դա մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու միակ իրատեսական ճանապարհն է»:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ներկայացուցչական կազմով ընդունելության համար՝ Ֆրանկ էնգելը գոհունակություն հայտնեց այս պահին Արցախում լինելու հնարավորության համար:

Խոսելով ապրիլի կեսերին ղարաբաղյան թեմայով  Եվրախորհրդարանում ծավալված քննարկումների մասին՝ եվրոպացի պատգամավորը նշել է, որ այդ քննարկումների դրական ազդեցությունն ակնհայտ է, քանի որ դրանց արդյունքում տեղի է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ ըմբռնումների վերաիմաստավորում:

Ֆրանկ Էնգելը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել շարունակել ԼՂՀ միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացի համար տարվող աշխատանքները:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Եվրախորհրդարան բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար, ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը և խմբի մյուս անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց առաջարկություններն ու տեսակետները՝ հետագա համագործակցության ծրագրերի հստակեցման վերաբերյալ:
