Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Վարդան Օսկանյանը պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է նոր կուսակցություն ստեղծելու մասին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նորաստեղծ «Համախմբում» կուսակցության նախաձեռնող խումբը հայտարարություն է տարածել, ըստ որի կուսակցությունը պատրաստվում է հիմնադիր համագո ւմարին: «Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Մենք նախաձեռնում ենք նոր՝ «Համախմբում» կուսակցության ստեղծման գործընթաց։ Այժմ պատրաստվում ենք հիմնադիր համագումարին, որի մասին լրացուցիչ կտեղեկացնենք՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:  

Նորաստեղծ կուսակցության նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամները վստահեցնում են՝ իրենք անհիմն ու ինքնանպատակ չեն քննադատելու և ատելության քարոզ չեն տանելու։ «Սկզբունքորեն մերժում ենք իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն հարթության մեջ ամեն ինչի բաժանումը սևի և սպիտակի։ Մենք վեր ենք կանգնելու ձևավորված այդ հարաբերություններից։ Հայաստանը մեր ընդհանուր տունն է, և մեր ժողովուրդն ունի միասնական շահեր։ Հայաստանը մեր տունն է, որտեղ կան ոչ թե թշնամիներ, այլ մրցակիցներ։ Առկա մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու համար մենք պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել քաղաքական ամենա տարբեր ուժերի և բոլոր այն շրջանակների հետ, որոնք տեսնում են խորքային փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտություն ու կիսում են մեր մտահոգությունները, մեր շեշտադրումները և մեր նպատակը։ Մեզ պետք է իրական համախմբում, որը կլինի ոչ թե մեկ անձի կամ անձերի շուրջ, այլ հանուն գաղափարի և առանցքային խնդիրների լուծման»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
