Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում հայկական զինված ուժերը ՀՀ գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ հասել են հաջողության. կասեցվել է Ադրբեջանի առաջխաղացումը:  Ազգային ժողովում Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասացԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ արձագանքելով «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի ելույթին, որում վերջինս խիստ քննադատության ենթարկեց իշխանությանն ու նրան մեղադրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը հանձնելու մեջ: «Նախևառաջ ես հորդորում եմ, որ բոլորը խոսեն քննարկվող օրինագծի մասին, դուք արտոնյալ չեք: Հետո՝ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում հայկական զինված ուժերը Գերագույն գլխավոր հրմանատարի գլխավորությամբ հասել են լհաջողության: Կասեցվել է Ադրբեջանի առաջխաղացումը: Ադրբեջանը պարտվել է, դուք եկել ինչի՞ց եք բողոքում: Մեզանի՞ց եք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պաշտպանում: Չի կարելի այդպես, դա անընդունելի է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ արձագանքեց Շարմազանովը:

Այնուհետև իր ելույթում Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հայտարարություններին անդրադարձավ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը: Նա նշեց, որ եթե այդ ելույթը լիներ Ադրբեջանի Մեջլիսում, ծափահարությունների կարժանանար: «Ոչ թե նրա համար, որ դուք փորձեցիք քննադատել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, այլ նրա համար, որ դուք հնչեցնում եք թեզեր, որոնք սպասելի են ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի համար: Ավելին՝ այն, ինչ դուք ասում եք, որևէ աղերս չունի իրականության հետ: Եվ այս քառօրյա պատերազմը մի բան ցույց տվեց թե Ադրբեջանին, թե միջազգային հանրությանը, որ միայն Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակն էլ ունակ է հակադրվել ադրբեջանական հրոսակախմբերին: Սա արդեն ապացուցված է»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը սկսեց տեղից արձագանքել Խոսրով Հարությունյանին: ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը Փոստանջյանին հորդորեց չխանգարել պատգամավորին:

Խոսրով Հարությունյանը շարունակեց ելույթը՝ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանին կոչ անելով հարգել այն տղաների հիշատակը, ովքեր զոհվել են քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում: «Դուք պարտավոր եք հարգել քառօրա պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհված տղաների հիշատակը, ում անունը դուք հաճախ շահարկում եք: Այն, ինչ դուք այստեղ հնչեցրեցիք,  ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան անարգել այդ ամենը: Ես մի պահ մտածեցի՝ ինչ երջանկություն էր, որ 2013թ. դուք իշխանության չեկաք: Դա պատմական հաջողություն էր: Ես ցավում եմ, որ այս շատ կարևոր օրենսդրական փաստաթղթի շուրջ այսպիսի կրքեր են բորբոքվում, որը կապ չունÕ « փաստաթղթի հետ: Եթե ես էլ ձայնս մի փոքր բարձրացրեցի, հայցում եմ գործընկերներիս ներողամտությունը: Ուղղակի բաներ կան, որ չես կարող չարձագանքել»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը և սկսեց ներկայացնել իր կարծիքը Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ:
