Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, ԱԺ-ում շարունակվում են քննարկումները ՀՀ նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի շուրջ, որի ժամանակ ելույթ ունեցավ նաև ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով նախևառաջ խիստ քննադատության ենթարկեց ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, նախկին արտգործնախարար Վ. Օսկանյանին:

«Այս օրերին մի շարք զարմանալի բաներ տեսանք ու լսեցինք: Ընտրակեղծարարների դիվանագիտական ժամապահը, որ կեղծիքների հետքերը միջազգային հարթակներում մարելով էր զբաղված, այսօր ողբ է անում քսանամյա ընտրակեղծարարության մասին: Նախկին պաշտոնյաներն են այսօր բողոքում կեղծումներից, իսկ այդ ընտրակեղծումներն արձանագրող ակտիվիստներին ու ԶԼՄ-երի դեմ այդ նույն պաշտոնյաներն անձամբ են հետապնդել ու անգամ շատ ակտիվիստների մահվան դատավճիռները հրապարակել: Ժամանակին ավտոմեքենաներ ու կաբինետներ ստանալիս բողոք չունեին, իսկ երբ նույն կեղծիքների արդյունքում այդ ամենից զրկվեցին, Ալեքսանդր Մատրոսով դարձան»,- ասաց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը՝ անցում կատարելով վերջերս Հրազդանում տեղի ունեցած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին:

«Որևէ մեկը լցոնում անելու շանս չուներ: Սա ասում եմ, որ օրենսգիրքը շատ բան է որոշում, սակայն ավելի շատ որոշում են այն հարակից գործոնները, որոնք ֆոն են ստեղծում: Օրինակ՝ մենք չկարողացանք ընտրակաշառքը կանխել: Օսկանյանի քսան տարվա ընտրակեղծարարության ընթացքում ընդդիմությունը խոստանում էր պահել ընտրությունները ու չարեց, ու արդյունքում՝ այսօր քսան տարվա փորձն ավելի զորեղ գտնվեց քաղաքացու համար: Այնքան սորտի ընդդիմություն կա այսօր մեր երկրում, որքան Ֆրանսիայում՝ պանրի տեսականի, սակայն այդ ընդդիմությունից ավելի շատ վատ հոտ է գալիս»,- ասաց նա:

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը նաև նշեց, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ցանկանում է դառնալ երկրի այն միակ ընդդիմությունը, որը քաղաքացուն կկարողանա բացատրել, որ ոչ թե քվեարկի ատամի պրոթեզի, տուկի թելի, օրը երկու հատ լավաշի համար, այլ հանուն ավելի լավ ապագայի: «Ես համաձայն եմ, որ սա միայն քաղաքացու խնդիրը չէ, գիտեմ, որ կան մարդիկ, որ գնում են, օրինակ՝ Ծգլի օգտին քվեարկում, հետո վազում Ազատության հրապարակ ու ընդդիմությունից պահանջում իշխանափոխություն: Այս ԸՕ-ի նախագծի տառը Հյուսիսային Կորեայից է, ոգին՝ Սաուդյան Արաբիայից»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
