«Հայաստանի կառավարությունը քննարկում է թուրքական ապրանքների Հայաստան
ներկրումը սահմանափակելու հարցը։ Կառավարությունը, փաստորեն, գտել է քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար ամենակարևոր խնդիրը՝ սահմանափակում ես թուրքական ապրանքների ներկրումը, և ամեն ինչ ընկնում է իր տեղը։ Սա հենց այն է, ինչ հայաստանյան հասարակությունը սպասում էր հայրենի կառավարությունից։
Քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո կամ ավելի ճիշտ՝ շարունակվող պատերազմին զուգահեռ Հայաստանը կանգնած է տնտեսական պատերազմի հրամայականի առաջ։ Զինվորների և սպաների սահմանային խիզախությունն ու հերոսությունները պահանջում են նույնը տնտեսական դաշտում։ Եվ ահա կառավարությունը խիզախել է և մտածում է թուրքական ապրանքների ներկրումը սահմանափակելու հարցը։ Լավ, թող սահմանափակեն, սա չէ խնդիրը։ Խնդիրն այն է, թե ինչով է զբաղված կառավարությունը։

Պատերազմական այս օրերին կառավարությունից չենք լսում որևէ հակակոռուպցիոն նոր նախաձեռնության, որևէ ոլորտում հակամենաշնորհային նախաձեռնության, Հայաստանում ներդրումային միջավայրի գրավչության, տնտեսական ազատությունների ընդլայնման
և այդ միջոցով հասարակական ստեղծագործական պոտենցիալի դրսևորման նոր հնարավորությունների ձևավորման նախաձեռնությունների մասին, չենք լսում տեղեկություն այն մասին, որ կառավարությունը մտածում է կոնկրետ խրախուսել նոր գաղափարներ տարբեր ոլորտներում։ Կառավարության համար այդ ամենը էական չէ, հրատապ չէ։
Հրատապ է թուրքական ապրանքների ներկրման սահմանափակումների հարցը։ Սա ցուցիչ է, կառավարության ադեկվատության, տնտեսական քաղաքականության պատասխանատուների ադեկվատության ցուցիչ։ Տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը չի սիրում ուռա֊հայրենասիրական պոռթկումներ։

Այն, ինչ անում են այս օրերին հայկական զինված ուժերը, լիուլի բավարար է հայրենասիրական ոգեղենությունն ապահովելու, պաթոսի և այլնի համար, այնպես որ՝ այստեղ կառավարության միջամտության կարիքը բոլորովին չկա։ Այստեղ զինված ուժերը միանգամայն արդյունավետ         կատարելով իրենց գործը, ապահովում են նաև այդ էմոցիոնալ անխուսափելի լիցքը և չունեն կողմնակի օգնության կարիք։

Հակառակը՝ կառավարությունից սպասվում է գերպրագմատիկ բաղադրիչի ապահովում, որը պետք է բարձրացնի երկրի պաշտպանունակությունը նյութատեխնիկական մակարդակում՝ ոչ միայն ռազմական, այլ քաղաքացիական կյանքի առումով։ Իսկ այստեղ Հայաստանին ոչ թե սահմանափակումներ են պակասում, այլ պակասում են հնարավորությունները, պակասում են բաց նախաձեռնությունները, պակասում են ազատ տարածքները, շնչելու գոտիները։ Եվ դրանք այնքան շատ են հայաստանյան տնտեսությունում, որ խցանված են տարբեր օլիգարխների, պաշտոնյաների, կլանների ուժերով, և այսօր դրանք բացելն է հրամայական, ոչ թե ինչ-որ բան փակելը։

Նախ պետք է բացել եղած հնարավորությունները, նոր հետո մտածել ինչ-որ բաներ սահմանափակելու տնտեսական նպատակահարմարության մասին։ Բայց, իհարկե, բաց տնտեսություն կառուցել կարող են միայն մարդիկ, որոնք չունեն աշխարհայացքային սահմանափակումներ, որոնք չունեն մտավոր, գաղափարական սահմանափակումներ։ Այլապես կառուցվում է ռազմա-հայրենասիրական պաթոս, ոչ թե տնտեսություն։

Կրկնում ենք՝ խնդիրը թուրքական ապրանքները չեն, արգելում են, թող արգելեն։ Խնդիրն այն է, թե ուր է գնում միտքը արտակարգ իրավիճակում, ինչ ուղղություն է այն ընտրում, որտեղ է կենտրոնանում ծավալվում, երբ առավել քան ակնհայտ են իրական հրամայականներն ու խնդիրները։ Սա է հարցը»,–գրում է թերթը։
