Amnesty International-ը ի պաշտպանություն Խադիջա Իսմայիլովայի արշավ է սկսել

 Amnesty International միջազզգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունն արշավ է սկսել ի պաշտպանություն Ադրբեջանում ազատազրկման դատապարտված «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետազոտող լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովայի:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, կազմակերպության կողմից այդ մասին տարածված հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան խղճի բանտարկյալ է, նա դատապարտվել է շինծու մեղադրանքներով, ենթարկվել է հետապնդումների եւ պետք է անհապաղ ազատ արձակվի:

Կազմակերպությունը միջազգային ԶԼՄ-ներին կոչ է արել Բաքվում առաջիկայում տեղի ունենալիք Formula-1 մրցումների լուսաբանումներում դրանք օգտագործել Իսմայիլովայի դատական գործի մասին ճշմարտությունը համաշխարհային հանրությանը հասցնելու համար:

Amnesty International-ն այդ առնչությամբ դիմել է իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններից իր բոլոր գործընկերներին եւ բոլոր շահագրգիռ անձանց, էլեկտրոնային նամակներ գրել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին` պահանջելով անհապաղ ազատ արձակել Խադիջա Իսմայիլովային, աջակցական նամակներ հղել նաեւ նրա մորը` Էլմիրա Իսմայիլովային:

Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալվել է անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 5-ին` նախկին գործընկերոջը ինքնասպանության հասցնելու շինծու մեղադրանքով եւ հետո «խոշոր չափերի յուրացում եւ զեղծարարության», «ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության», «հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու», «պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու» կեղծ մեղադրանքներով դատապարտվել 7,5 տարվա ազատազրկության:

Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների թիրախ է դարձել իր լրագրողական գործունեության համար: Իսմայիլովան Ադրբեջանում իշխանության վերին էշելոններում կոռուպցիոն փաստերի լրագրողական հետաքննությունների հեղինակն է, որոնց արդյունքում բացահայտվել է նաեւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եւ նրա ընտանիքի օֆշորյան գոտիներում ունեցած հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարների հասնող ունեցվածքը:

Բանտում գտնվելու ժամանակահատվածում Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան արժանացել է Գյոթեբորգի Handels-och-Sjofarstidning (GHT) լիբերալ թերթի «Holme տարվա հերոս», միջազգային հեղինակավոր Alison Des Forges, ԱՄՆ-ի Ազգային մամուլի ակումբի Մամուլի ազատության, միջազգային «PEN/Barbara Goldsmith գրելու ազատություն», IRE-ի Tom Renner, UNESCO-ի 2016 թվականի Guillermo Cano Համաշխարհային մամուլի ազատության եւ Շվեդիայի ազգային մամուլի ակումբի «Աննա Պոլիտկովսկայա խոսքի ազատություն» պարգեւներին: 

Foreign Policy հանդեսը Ադրբեջանում շինծու մեղադրանքներով եւ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովային մտցրել է 100 գլխավոր համաշխարհային մտածողների ցուցակ:

Amnesty International-ը եւ այլ միջազգային կազմակերպություններ նրան ճանաչել են «խղճի դատապարտյալ»:-0-/55/    14.00
