Հիմա ձեռքիս տակ է` <Հանուն Ռուսաստանի Ֆեդերացիայի> հրապարակված մի դատավճիռ, որտեղ ռուսը իր ռուսաստանի դատարանում պարտվել է ՀՀ քաղաքացուն: Մի տեսակ բավարարվածության ու արդարության հաղթանակի զգացողություն ունեմ: Ու չեմ թաքցնում` իսկապես ուրախ եմ:
Մի երկու բառով ասեմ ու կհիշեք ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Կարիպանով-Տեր-Հովսեփյան հակամարտության մասին է խոսքը: Այն ռուս գործարարի գործն է, ով վերջին շրջանում հեղեղել էր հայկական ու ռուսական մամուլը Հայաստանում` իմ երկրում Արդարադատական ողջ համակարգի իբր ծայրահեղ կոռումպացվածության ու անազնվության մասին: Հենց սկզբից ինձ` որպես հենց իրենց երկրում բիզնեսով զբաղվողիս համար այս թեման ուշադրության կենտրոնում էր: Մեկ տասնյակից ավելի դատական գործերով Հայկական դատարաններում Կարեպանով հաղթել էր, մի երկուսում պարտվել ու խիստ դժգոհ` որդեգրել էր Հայաստանի դատարանները` վարից վեր սևացնելու, անձնավորված ու իբր փաստարկաված վարկաբեկելու քաղաքականություն: Քանի որ ըստ իրեն միլիոններ էր կորցրել Հայաստանում, կարծես սև ՓԻԱՐ-ի վրա էլ որոշել էր փող չխնայել:
Ես դե սուս եմ մնում, ռուսաստանի դատարանների մասին սուս եմ մնում: Փառք Աստծո դեռ առիթ չեմ ունեցել շբվելու, միայն որոշ բաներ լսել եմ: Ինչևէ, Կարիպանովն իր վերջին պատվիրած հոդվածներում հաթաթա էր տալիս Հայաստանի դատարանին, Հայաստանցիներին, ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը: Ու ահա, մարդուն, իր երկրի դատարանում մեղմ ասած ասեցին` Ты кто такой,давай до свидания! Փաստորեն միայն լրբանալն էր էս գործարար տղու, օրենքն արդարադատությունը, նույնիսկ իր երկրի օրենքն ու արդարադատությունը ուղղակի փաստեցին, որ ապաշնորհ ու լեզվանի գործարար լինելը ոչ մի իրավական հիմք չի տալիս նրան իբր կրած վնասները վերականգնելու: Որ կես միլիոն դոլար կորցրել է ոչ թե որ Հայաստանը նպաստավոր բիզնես միջավայր չէ, ոչ թե որ հայերը քցող են, ոչ թե որ Հայաստանի դատարանները կողմնապահ են ու կոռումպացված, այլ որ ինքը անգրագետ գործարար է, որ գուցե հենց ինքն էր ուզում Հայաստանցուն <գցել>:
հ.գ. Հա, նման մի հայաստանցի ապաշնորհ <գործարար> էլ կա, որ էլի աջ ու ձախ փողա բաժանում լրատվամիջոցներին դատարանների ու դատավորների հասցեին խայտառակ վիրավորական հոդվածներ պատվիրելով: Հետը մի անգամ փորձել եմ գործանակ դիալոգ անել` իր <Հին Էրիվան> ռեստորանը գնելու շուրջ: Շատ ոչ ադեկվատ տղա դուրս եկավ: Օրենքից ու արդարությունից էնպեսա նեղված ու վիրավորված, որ ոչ մի ողջամիտ դիալոգ չստացվեց: Վերջերս էլ իմացա, որ մոտը այքան է սրվել <սերը> ՀՀ դատավորների նկատմամբ, որ փնտրում-գտնում է ոմանց անձնական թշնամիներին և արջի ծառայություն մատուցում.` Չուզողներին լավություն-դատավորներին վատություն ու իր թեմային չվերաբերող, բայց դատավորի վարկաբեկող նյութեր է մամուլում եի ֆեյսբուքում ֆինանսավորում: Ու եթե են կարիպանովներին ինչ-որ տեղ կարելի է ըմբռնումով մոտենալ, վերջը հայ չի չէ, բայց հայ գործարարի նման շիզոֆրենիկ վարքը` դավաճանականից այլ բան դժվար է որակել: Ինչևէ, հիմա հրապարակեմ Ռուսաստանի Դատարանի վճիռը, որտեղ ՀՀ քաղաքացին հաղթել է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացուն: Ու ես ուրախ եմ:
