Մինչ ապրիլյան մարտերի սկսելը, ադրբեջանական բանակի ներկա ու նախկին մի շարք պաշտոնյաները սկսել էին հայտարարություններ տարածել , թե հայերը ատոմային ռումբ են ստեղծել , ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս' «грязная бомба»: Այսպիսով փորձում էին միջազգային հանրության հանեն մեր դեմ , իբր մենք հեսա ատոմային այդ ռումբով վերացնելու ենք Ադրբեջանական մի շարք տարածքներ: Ինչպես գիտենք այդ ռումբի օգտագործումից հետո , տվյալ տարածքները մի քանի տարի անպիտան են դառնում բնակչության համար:
Ըստ երևույթին նրանք չէին պլանավորել , որ ապրիլյան մարտերի ժամանակ այնպիսի հարված կստանան ու այնպիսի խուճապ կսկսի նրանց մոտ , որ բնակչությանը չեն կարող հանգստացնել:

Նրանցից շատերը սկսել են հիշել «грязная бомба»-ի մասին հայտարարությունները և վախից ով որտեղ կարող է փախնում է: Հիմա գեներալները կերած կեխտերը սկսել են մաքրել նույն երկրի գիտնականները: Սրանք այդ նույն կայքերի միջոցով , որոնք համառորեն տարածում էին Հայաստանի ատոմային ռումբ ունենալու մասին նյութերը, տարածում են այն փաստը , որ Հայաստանը չի կարող այդպիսի ռումբ ստեղծի: Բերում են խելքից դուրս լիքը փաստեր և այլն , որպեսզի գոնե մի քանի տոկոս բնակչության մեջից հանեն այդ սարսափը:
Ադրբեջանի բնակչությունը կրակն է ընկել սրանց հիմար զինվորականների ձեռքը: Զաքիր Հասանովի խումբը օր առաջ պետք է գնդակահարվի Ադրբեջանի Ազատության հրապարակում , քանի որ նրանց գործունեության արդյունքում տուժում են խաղաղ բնակիչներ:
