Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները փորձում են կանխել առաջատար համաշխարհային ԶԼՄ-ներում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական համակարգն ու նրա թույլ տնտեսությունը քննադատող հրապարակումները` հսկայական գումարներ ծախսելով արտասահմանյան լրագրողներին «գնելու» վրա, որպեսզի Արեւմտյան Եվրոպայի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Հարավային Ամերիկայի եւ իսրայելամետ միջազգային ԶԼՄ-ներում Ադրբեջանի մասին դրական նյութեր հրապարակվեն:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, ասվում է ամերիկյան ոչ կառավարական IREX կազմակերպության կողմից հրապարակված` «Ադրբեջանի ԶԼՄ-ների կայունության ինդեքսը» զեկույցում, որում նշվում է, որ այն լրագրողներին, որոնք հրաժարվում են նման ծառայություն կատարել, ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արգելում են մուտք գործել երկիր:

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի տեղեկատվական գործակալությունների մեծ մասը գտնվում է կառավարության վերահսկողության տակ:

Դրանց թվում նշվում են ադրբեջանական «Ռեպորտ», «Թրենդ», ԱզերԹԱջ», «ԱՊԱ» լրատվական գործակությունները եւ ITV, AzTV հեռուստաալիքները եւս, որոնք անմիջապես ֆինանսավորվում են պետբյուջեից կամ պետական այլ կառույցներից:

Զեկույցի համաձայն` «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը կարելի է համարել Ադրբեջանում գործող միակ մասնավոր եւ անկախ տեղեկատվական աղբյուրը, որի բաժանորդները հանդիսանում են Բաքվում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունները եւ երկրի սահմաններից դուրս մյուս օգտատերերը:

IREX-ն ընդգծում է, որ Ադրբեջանում թերթերը բացահայտ համարվում են երկրորդական արտադրանք, իսկ այդ երկրում հրապարակվող միակ ընդդիմադիր «Ազադլըգ» թերթի վաճառքի դեմ ամենատարբեր արգելքներ են հարուցվում: Ադրբեջանում հակակառավարական ցույցերի, բողոքի ակցիաների եւ միտինգների ժամանակ երկրում մենատեր Delta Telecom պրովայդերի կողմից երկար ժամանակով արգելափակվում են սոցցանցերը, WhatsApp եւ Viber անվճար կապի ուղիները:

Ադրբեջանի անկախ լրագրող-հետազոտողների համաձայն` երկրում գործող բոլոր բջջային օպերատորները եւ միակ ինտերնետ-պրովայդերը հանդիսանում են Ադրբեջանի իշխող ընտանիքի սեփականությունը, ասվում է զեկույցում:
