Яблочная диета помогает нормализовать нарушение обмена веществ, избавиться от лишнего веса. Яблочная монодиета, как и любая другая, хороша как дополнение к другим диетам. Лучше всего устраивать один разгрузочный день в неделю. Например, после выходных или перед отпуском. Яблоки содержат множество полезных веществ, богаты железом, фолиевой кислотой и пектинами.

Существуют несколько вариантов яблочной монодиеты:

1. В течение дня можно съесть сколько угодно яблок. Помимо этого можно пить сколько угодно не содержащей калории жидкости, желательно минеральной воды и травяных чаев.

2. Съесть за день 1,5 кг яблок. Яблоки можно запекать в духовке, натирать на терке или резать кусочками. Но пить в этот день ничего нельзя.

3. Можно дополнить яблоки кефиром. В течение дня съешьте 5-6 яблок, запивая каждое половиной стакана кефира.

4. Яблочная диета для самых стойких рассчитана на неделю. Каждый день можно есть яблоки по следующей схеме: 1 день – 1 кг, 2 день – 1,5 кг, 3 день – 2 кг, 4 день – 2 кг, 5 день – 1,5 кг, 6 день – 1 кг. Помимо яблок, можно пить чай, лучше зеленый. Если будет тяжело, можно съесть немного сухариков из черного хлеба.
