2015-ին 145 միլիարդ դրամ անվանական արժեքով արժեթղթերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխում է կատարվել

Պետական արժեթղթերի հաշվառման և հաշվարկների իրականացման համակարգով (ՊԱՀՀՀ) 2015 թվականին կատարվել է մոտ 145 միլիարդ դրամ անվանական արժեքով արժեթղթերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխում: Այն գրեթե երկու անգամ ավելի է նախորդ` 2014 թվականի ցուցանիշից:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Կենտրոնական բանկի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, տվյալներն արտացոլված են ԿԲ տարեկան հաշվետվության մեջ:

ՊԱՀՀՀ-ով երկրորդային շուկայի արտաբորսայական գործարքների (առք ու վաճառք, գրավադրում, գրավից հանում, ռեպո, հակադարձ ռեպո) հետ կապված` իրականացվել են մոտ 6 տրիլիոն 305 միլիարդ դրամ անվանական արժեքով 32 հազար 374 գործառնություններ և բորսայական դեպոնացումների հետ կապված` 709 միլիարդ դրամ անվանական արժեքով 10 հազար 551 գործառնություններ:

Կենտրոնական բանկը ակտիվ աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում նաև արժեթղթավորման մեխանիզմի գործարկման և ակտիվներով ապահովված արժեթղթերի թողարկման ուղղությամբ: 2015 թվականին ՀՀ-ում առաջին անգամ թողարկվել են ակտիվներով ապահովված արժեթղթեր: Թողարկված պարտատոմսերի համար որպես ապահովություն հիմք են ծառայել 5 վարկային կազմակերպություններից ձեռք բերված ՓՄՁ, գյուղատնտեսական և սպառողական մոտ 600 վարկերը` 1.2 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով: Թողարկումն իրականացվել է 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերին: 2015 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ արժեթղթերի շուկայում իրականացվել է 1 թողարկողի բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխում (IPO): 2015 թվականի ընթացքում միջազգային կազմակերպությունները և ՀՀ ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունները (բանկեր և վարկային կազմակերպություններ) տեղաբաշխել են 15 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար և 6 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով կարճաժամկետ և միջնաժամկետ կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսեր:
