Կարծում եմ եկել է ճիշտ ժամանակը երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վերանայեն ԵԽԽՎ-ի կողմից արտոնություններ ստացած տարբեր աղանդավորականներին, որոնք կործանարար դերակատարություն են ունենում Հայաստանի կենսական նշանակության համար, այդ թվում նաև լրջագույն վտանգ են ներկայացնում մեր ազգային անվտանգության համար։ Այն ժամանակ երբ երիտասարդ զինծառայող տղաները` հերոսաբար զոհվում են սահմաններում հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի` որոշ անհայտ ծագումի աղանդավորներ և կրոնականներ իրենց հակապետական քարոզչությամբ թուլացնում են մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը և բանակը, երբ սահմաններում զենքի գործադրմամբ որոշվում է Հայաստանի ամբողջականության հարցը` որոշ ապերախտներ շարունակում են հրաժարվել Հայոց բանակում ծառայելուց և ձեռքն զենք վերցնելուց, անգամ ավելին նույն գաղափարներով մոլորեցնում ու վարակում են նաև նորանոր մարդկանց։ Քարոզչության հիմնական նպատակներից է թուլացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը և ընդհանուր Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին ամբողջությամբ, որը առանց այդ էլ կորցնում է իր դիրքերը և նշանակությունը, կատարվում է անթույլատրելի քարոզ, որը նաև անմիջական ազդեցություն ունի մեր քաղաքացիների հոգևոր ներաշխարհի հետ։ 
Պետության կողմից արտոնություններ ու աջակցություններ ստանալով անմիջական վտանգի ենք ենթարկում մեր մեր ներկան ու ապագան և որպեսզի խուսափենք հետագա վտանգավոր երևույթներից և բարդություններից` պետք է անմիջապես ձեռնարկել անհապաղ անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ և հարկ եղած դեպքում պետք է խստացնել տվյալ ոլորտի օրենսդրական մոտեցումները։ 
Խորապես ցավում եմ այն բանի համար, որ Հայաստանում Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին իր տեղում չէ և անտեսում է մեր դարավոր կրոնական, քրիստոնեական արժեքների կործանումը։

Անհրաժեշտ է այդ բոլոր աղանդավորականներին տանել սահմանի առաջնագիծ և առաջարկել որպեսզի նրանք իրենց աղոթքներով ու քարոզչությամբ փորձեն ստիպեն հակառակորդին որպեսզի նրանք էլ զենքերը վայր դնեն և չկրակեն, որպեսզի անմեղ բնակչությունը և Հայ զինվորը` զոհ չդառնա նրանց բարբարոսություններից։
