Շնորհավորում եմ լրագրող գործընկերներիս մասնագիտական տոնի կապակցությամբ։ Շատ պատասխանատու, երբեմն՝ վտանգավոր, երբեմն նաեւ՝ անշնորհակալ, բայց միաժամանակ շատ կարեւոր մասնագիտություն, առանց որի հասարակության զարգացումն ուղղակի դատապարտված է ։ Մամուլի ազատությունը դա քմհաճույք չէ, այլ կենսական անհրաժեշտություն. ինչպես մարդու օրգանիզմն է զգում սնուցում ստանալու անհրաժեշտություն, այնպես էլ հասարակությունը, որն իրացվում է մամուլի միջոցով, ինչպես օրգանիզմի համար է վտանգավոր անորակ սնունդը, թերսնվելն ու գերսնունդը, այնպես էլ հասարակության զարգացման համար է վտանգավոր անորակ եւ ոչ ժամանակին տրամադրվող տեղեկությունը։ 
Ինքներս՝ պետական կառույցները, պետական, քաղաքական եւ հասարակական գործիչները, նաեւ՝ լրագրողները, պետք է ոչ միայն խոսքով, այլ իրականում սովորենք ապրել մամուլի ազատության պայմաններում, լինենք պատասխանատու եւ հաշվետու մեր աշխատանքի համար։ Կարեւորենք մեր գրիչը, խոսքի ուժը ու հանիրավի այն չվատնենք տարաբնույը ճղճիմ հարցերի, հարաբերությունների վրա, որքան էլ որ գայթակղությունը մեծ լինի։ 
Եթե մի քիչ ավելի նեղացնեմ շրջանակը, ապա այսօր իրավական լրագրության ոլորտում իսկապես կան շատ լավ երիտասարդ լրագրողներ, ովքեր պահպանում են լավագույն ավանդույթները, լուրջ են վերաբերում իրենց մասնագիտությանը, հավատում իրենց ազդեցության ուժին, զերծ մնում «կեղծ սենսացիաներ» ստեղծելու գայթակղությունից, որոնց պարզապես ուզում եմ ասել շնորհակալություն՝ իրենց տեսակի համար։
