Ցանկացած զենքի դեմ պայքարի միջոցներ ու տարբերակներ կան. Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյան

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհանննիսյանը վստահեցնում է, որ ցանկացած զենքի դեմ պայքարելու միջոցներ ու տարբերակներ կան: Մայիսի 3-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նա  ընդգծեց, որ աշխարհում բացարձակ զենք չկա, և բոլոր զենքերի դեմ էլ պայքարի մեթոդներ գտնվում են: Նա նաև կոչ արեց այդքան չուռճացնել «Սմերչ» և ТОС 1 զինատեսակների հնարավորությունները:
 
«Յուրաքանչյուր զենքի դեմ կարելի է գտնել պայքարի մեթոդներ: Միգուցե կլինեն զենքեր, որոնք առաջին անգամ կիրառելու դեպքում կարող են անակնկալի բերել, բայց արդեն հաջորդ քայլին մշակվում են այդ զենքի դեմ պայքարի մեթոդներ: Վստահ եղեք, եթե աշխարհի ռազմական միտքը փորձում է որևէ բանի դեմ պայքարելու մեխանիզմներ գտնել, մենք նրանց ոչնչով չենք զիջում»,- նշեց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Որպես օրինակ նա բերեց այն հանգամանքը, որ հայկական կողմը ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում կարողացել է խոցել հակառակորդի մարտական 14 անօդաչու թռչող սարք: «Երբ այսօր ամբողջ աշխարհը փորձում է ԱԹՍ-երը խոցելու տարբերակներ գտնել, մենք էլ ենք փորձում, և փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ արդյունավետ ենք աշխատում: Մենք հակառակորդի 14 ԱԹՍ ենք խոցել, նշանակում է գիտենք, թե ինչպես է պետք անել դա, բայց այնպես չէ, որ ամեն ինչի մասին պետք է խոսենք»,- նշեց ՀՀ ՊՆ խոսնակը:

Հովհաննիսյանը նաև նկատեց, որ այսօր լավագույն զենքերը շարունակում են մնալ հենց 80-ականների զենքերը: Նրա խոսքով՝ «Գրադ» կայանքը, որը նույնպես 80-ականների զենք է, համարվում է լավագույն զենքերից մեկը և ոչ մի բանով չի զիջում ժամանակակից զենքերին: «Եթե որևէ զինատեսակ «Յութուբ»-ում ավելի շատ է գովազդվում, դա չի նշանակում, որ այդ զենքն ավելի լավն է, քան մյուսները:

«Գրադ» կայանքը շատ է օգտագործվում ու շատերի համար  սովորական է դարձել, դա չի նշանակում, որ այն պակաս վտանգավոր է մնացած զենքերից: Ես խնդրում եմ վերջ տալ «Մմերչ&raquo ;, TOC 1 զինատեսակները գովազդելուն և դրանց հնարավորությունները ուռճացնելուն, դրանց՝ ատոմային ռումբից պակաս լինելու մասին խոսակցություններին: Նման գովազդային խոսակցությունները զինվորականների մոտ երբեմն ծիծաղ են առաջացնում, որովհետև ամեն զենք իր նշանակությունն ունի»,- եզրափակեց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
