Գուանֆուլի (Guangfuli) թաղամասն անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում ներդրողի երազանքն է: Այն գտնվում է աշխարհի ամենաթանկ և արագ աճող անշարժ գույքի շուկայի մեջտեղում: Բայց իրականությունն ավելի շատ կառուցապատողի վատ երազ է հիշեցնում:

Այնտեղ ապրող հարյուրավոր մարդիկ արդեն 16 տարի հրաժարվում են լքել իրենց հին ու խարխուլ տները՝  չնայած տեղի իշխանությունների փորձերին՝ ազատել տարածքը կառուցապատման համար:
