Շարմազանովը ներկայացրեց, թե որ դեպքում Հայաստանը միակողմանի կճանաչի ԼՂՀ անկախությունը

Հայաստանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության միակողմանի ճանաչման տարբերակը հնարավոր է այն դեպքում, եթե Ադրբեջանը սկսի ռազմական ագրեսիա: ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: 

«Արցախի անկախության միակողմանի ճանաչումը հնարավոր է բացառապես այն դեպքում, եթե Ադրբեջանը ռազմական ագրեսիա սկսի: Եթե Ադրբեջանը սկսի ռազմական ագրեսիա, բնականաբար , Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միակողմանի ճանաչման հարցը կդառնա ակտուալ»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Շարմազանովը հավելեց, որ հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում՝ հակամարտությունը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափում:

«Բայց եթե Ադրբեջանը ևս մեկ անգամ փորձի հակամարտությունը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծել, այդ ժամանակ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կիրականացնի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը՝ ընդհուպ մինչև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումը: Գնդակն այս պահին Ադրբեջանի դաշտում է: Եթե նրանք կրկին փորձելու են խնդրի ռազմական լուծ ման ճանապարհով գնալ, այդ դեպքում բանակցություններն անիմաստ են, և այդ պարագայում մենք կիրականացնենք բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը»,- ասաց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Հայաստանի նպատակն է հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջազգային ճանաչմանը: 

«Դրա համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն անելու է բոլոր քայլերը, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը լինի միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտ, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքացիները ապրեն ազատ, անկախ ու միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված երկրում: Դա է մեր նպատակը, և մենք դրան հասնելու ենք:

Ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումը և դա ՄԱԿ-ի նպատակներից է, և որևէ մեկը չի կարող Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին բացատրել, թե ինչու օրինակ Արևելյան Թիմորը 1999թ. ՄԱԿ-ի հովանու ներքո պետք է կատարի հանրաքվե, որից հետո անկախանա Ինդոնեզիայից, իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը, որը 1991թ. իրականացրել է հանրաքվե, անջատվել է Խորհրդային Միությունից, չի կարող իրականացնել հանրաքվե և որոշել իր ճակատագիրը: Որևէ մեկը Եվրոպայում չի կարող Ղարաբաղին ապացուցել, որ Կոսովոյի բնակիչներն ավելի շատ ինքնորոշվելու իրավունք ունեն, քան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը: Դրա համար մենք քայլ առ քայլ գնալու ենք այդ ճանապարհով և մեր նպատակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջազգային ճանաչումն է»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
