Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի առաջնորդողից մի հատված.

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ճանաչման վերաբերյալ օրինագծի Հայաստանի կառավարության եզրակացությունը դարձել է ոչ միայն հայաստանյան, այլ նաև միջազգային մեդիայի ուշադրության առարկա, սակայն պաշտոնական արձագանքների իմաստով առայժմ աչքի է ընկել միայն Ռուսաստանը:

Մոսկվան արդեն երկու անգամ հասցրել է անդրադառնալ խնդրին: Նախօրեին, ինչպես հայտնի է, այդ մասին խոսել էր արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, իսկ այսօր էլ արտահայտվել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը: Նա ասել է, որ այդ քայլը Երևանը չի համաձայնեցրել Մոսկվայի հետ, և որ Մոսկվան հետևում է իրադարձությունների զարգացմանն ու ակնկալում, որ փխրուն հրադադարը խախտող քայլեր չեն արվի:

Պեսկովի այս հայտարարությունը գնահատվում է տարբեր կերպ: Դժվար է ասել՝ Մոսկվան դժգո՞հ է Հայաստանի քայլից, թե՞ ընդամենը Բաքվի առաջ է ձեռքերը լվանում: Երևանը համաձայնեցրե՞լ է իսկապես իր քայլը Մոսկվայի հետ, թե՞ քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի իշխանությունը այլևս չի վստահում Մոսկվային: Պեսկովը Երևանի՞ն է ակնարկում, որ փխրուն հրադադարը կարող է խախտվել, սպառնո՞ւմ է Երևանին, թե՞ Լավրովի նման՝ Պեսկովն էլ Ադրբեջանին հորդորում է խուճապի չմատնվել և չգնալ արկածախնդրության: Հարցերը իսկապես շատ են:

Միաժամանակ նաև հստակ է, որ Երևանը կատարել է ընդամենը մի փոքր քայլ: ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը հայտարարել է, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը կրկին փորձ անի հարձակվել, ապա հարցը կհայտնվի օրակարգում: Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը ակնարկում է, որ հարցը նույնիսկ օրակարգում էլ չէ: Երևանը վախեցե՞լ է, կանգնե՞լ կես ճանապարհին, թե՞ առանձնապես մեծ և հեռուն տանող պլաններ առայժմ չկային էլ, և Երևանն ընդամենը զոնդաժ է իրականացնում: Միևնույն ժամանակ հարց է առաջանում, թե արդյո՞ք այդ զոնդաժն իրականացնում է Երևանը:
Բանն այն է, որ Հայաստանն անցնող տարիներին վարել է այն աստիճան կախյալ արտաքին քաղաքականություն, որ ներկայումս շատ դժվար է ասել, թե ում ձեռքին է ղեկը, կամ ընդհանրապես քանի ձեռք կա հայաստանյան քաղաքականության ղեկին: Միևնույն ժամանակ ակնհայտ է, թե ինչ հսկայական պոտենցիալ ունի խնդիրը, որ անգամ կիսաքայլը կարող է ունենալ նման մեծ արձագանք: Սա ընդհանրապես ղարաբաղյան հարցում հայաստանյան քաղաքական պոտենցիալի մասին է խոսում, որը տարիներ շարունակ փաստորեն մատնված է եղել պարապուրդի:

Այստեղ, իհարկե, շտապելը ամենևին էլ ցանկալի չէ, սակայն նույնքան անցանկալի և վտանգավոր կարող է լինել կես ճանապարհին արգելակելը»,–գրում է թերթը։
