ԱՄՆ աշխատակազմը հայտարարել է մի շարք միջոցառումների ու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների մասին, որոնք ուղղված են փողերի լվացման ու հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու դեմ պայքարին, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»:

Սպիտակ տանը նշել են, որ օֆշորային սկանդալից հետո ապօրինի ֆինանսական գործունեության դեմ պայքարի հարցը հայտնվել է ԱՄՆ ու շատ ուրիշ երկրների ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Այս կապակցությամբ բանկային գաղտնիքի մասին ամերիկյան օրենքի լրացումների շրջանակում ֆինանսական կառույցների վրա պարտավորություն է դրվում ստուգել իրենց շահառուների մասին տեղեկությունները: Միեւնույն ժամանակ կոնգրես է ուղարկվել օրինագիծ, որը պարտավորեցնում է ընկերությանը բացահայտել ընկերությունների տերերի մասին տեղեկությունը:
