«Ագարակ-2», «Շինուհայր» ենթակայաններիկ ենթակայանների վերակառուցման աշխատանքների կիրականացնի և չինական  Liaoning-EFACEC Electrical Equipment Co. LTD  և Northeast China International Electric Power Corporation ընկերությունների կոնսորցիումը՝ «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաղորդման ցանցի վերակառուցում» ծրագիր շրջանակներում մայիսի 6-ին  «Հայաստանի բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերության և կոնսորցիումի միջև ստորագրված  պայմանագրի հիմ ան վրա։ Պայմանագիրը ստորագրել են ԲԷՑ ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Արամ Անանյանը և  EFACEC Electrical Equipment  ընկերության նախագահ Յու Վանգը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, որի հաղորդագրությունում նշված է. «Չինական համատեղ ձեռնարկությունը ծրագրի գլխավոր կապալառու է ընտրվել ԲԷՑ ՓԲԸ հայտարարած միջազգային մրցույթի արդյունքում:

Հայաստանի էներգահամակարգի համար կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող «Ագարակ-2», «Շինուհայր» ենթակայանների վերակառուցումն իրականացվում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի (ԱԶԲ) ֆինանսավորմամբ (23,4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար): Այդ ծրագրի արդյունքում «Ագարակ» փոխանջատիչ կայանի փոխարեն մայրաքաղաք Երևանից 385կմ հեռավորության վրա, պետք է կառուցվի «Ագարակ-2» 220/110/6կՎ ենթակայանը՝ հագեցած ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով ու սարքավորումներով:

«Շինուհայր» 220/110/35/6կՎ ենթակայանի վերակառուցմամբ ևս նախատեսվում է  1961 թվականին շահագործման հանձնված ենթակայանը վերազինել ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով ու տեխնոլոգիաներով: Ենթակայանի դրվածքային հզորությունը՝ 271ՄՎԱ է: Ենթակայանը գտնվում է մայրաքաղաք Երևանից մոտ 235 կմ հեռավորության վրա: Գլխավոր կապալառուն երկու ենթակայանների հետ կապված աշխատանքները պետք է ավարտի  2018 թվականին:

ԲԷՑ ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Արամ Անանյանը շնորհավորել է չինացի գործընկերներին և նշել է, որ «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաղորդման ցանցի վերակառուցում» ծրագիրը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի էներգահամակագի համար, ուստի այն պետք է իրականացվի ժամանակին ու բարձր որակով։  Արամ Անանյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագրի արդյունքում կբարելավվի Հայաստանի էներգահամակարգի արդյունավետությունը, կբարձրացվի ներքին էներգահաղորդման ցանցի արդյունավետույունն ու տարածաշրջանային սպառողների էլեկտրամատակարարման հուսալիությունը, դրանից բացի, հնարավոր կլինի ապահովել էլեկտրաէներգիայի հուսալի, ճկուն և փոխշահավետ միջսահմանային փոխանակումները՝ Հայաստանի և Իրանի էներգահամակարգերի միջև»։
