Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը դիմավորել է մայիսի 8-ին Արցախ ժամանած ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այնուհետև, երկու կառավարությունների անդամների մի մասի մասնակցությամբ, հրավիրվել է խորհրդակցություն՝ քննարկելու երկու հանրապետությունների գործադիր մարմինների միջև համագործակցության հիմնական հարցերը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր ողջույնի խոսքում, մասնավորապես, ասել է.«Ողջունում եմ ձեզ Արցախում այս կարևոր ժամանակահատվածում: Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլորիդ վերջինշրջանում Արցախին ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար, մենք զգացել ենք ձեր պատրաստակամությունը մասնակցելուհայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը և պատվով լուծելու մեր առջև ծառացած խնդիրները: Երկու կառավարություններըմիշտ սերտ կապի մեջ են եղել, և կարևոր է, որ այս դժվարին օրերին նույնպես մեր բոլոր խնդրանքներն ուառաջարկները ձեր կողմից արագ բավարարվել են՝ դրանով անմիջականորեն մասնակցելով Արցախի անվտանգությանապահովման գործին»:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ուրախություն է հայտնել հայկական երկրորդ հանրապետությունում գտնվելու առթիվ: Նա շեշտադրել է, որ պատերազմի արդյունքում ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցվեց ազգի միասնականությունը և հայկական զինված ուժերի հզորությունը: Հ. Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության պատվիրակությունն Արցախում է ընթացիկ խնդիրները միասին քննարկելու և դրանց լուծումներ տալու նպատակով:

ՀՀ և ԱՀ գործադիր մարմինների անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց ղեկավարած ոլորտների խնդիրները և փոխգործակցության արդյունքները: Նրանք առաջ են քաշել կոնկրետ առաջարկներ և ձեռք բերել փոխադարձ պայմանավորվածություններ դրանց կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ:

Կառավարությունների ղեկավարները տվել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ՝ վերհանված խնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծման նպատակով:
