Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Օղորմածիկ պապս՝ Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը, վետերան էր։ Ինքն էլ՝ շքանշանակիր վետերան․ իր ամենաարժևորած մեդալները «Հայրենական պատերազմ» շքանշանն (1ին աստիճանի) և «Փառք» շքանշանն էին (3-րդ աստիճանի)։ Պապս շատ ծանր մանկություն ու պատանեկություն էր ունեցել, որովհետև իր գեներալ հորը գնդակահարել էին 1937 թվականին ու նա մինչև 1943-ի վերջը գտնվում էր «Ժողովրդի թշնամիների» երեխաների և ընտանիքի անդամների համար նախատեսված ճամբարում։ Միայն 4-րդ դիմումից հետո նրան ռազմաճակատ տարան։ 1․5 տարի անդադար մարտերից, երկու վիրավորումներից, երկու շքանշաններից ու մի քանի մեդալներից հետո, պապս իր պատերազմն ավարտեց Ավստրիայում։ Հետո նրանց տեղափոխեցին դեպի արևելք, բայց մինչև տեղ կհասնեին, Ճապոնիան էլ ջախջախվեց։ Պապս մինչև 1947 թվականը Իրկուտսկում էր ծառայում, հետո զորացրվեց ու վերադարձավ տուն։

Պապս միշտ մի կենաց էր խմում․ «Лишь бы не было войны!»...
Պապս մի հատ էլ էր խոսք պարբերաբար կրկնում՝ սկսած 90-ականների երկրորդ կեսից․ ասում էր, որ էս ազգը միայն մեծ արյունից խելքի կգա․․․
Փոխկապակցված մտքեր են։ 100 զոհ էր պահանջվում, որ մեր հանրային գիտակցությունում կարևոր ու դրական տեղաշարժեր սկսվեին, իսկ պետությունը սկսեր երկչոտ, զգուշավոր, փոքրիկ, բայց դրական ու դեպի ժողովուրդը միտված քայլեր աներ։ Բավակա՞ն է արդյոք այսքանը։ Բնականաբար ո՛չ։ Ավելի մեծ արյո՞ւն պետք է լինի, որ բավարար քայլեր արվեն։ Պարտադիր չէ։ Ի վերջո, մենք պատերազմ չենք ուզում, պպարզապես հասկանում ենք, որ եթե այն անխուսափելի է, ավելի լավ է լինի ժամանակին։
Պատերազմից կարելի է խուսափել, եթե ունենանք պետություն, որը մաքսիմալ արդյունավետ է տնօրինում իր սահմանափակ ռեսուրսները և հասարակություն, որը հասկանում այդ անհրաժեշտությունը և նաստում է դրան։ Եթե խելոք լինենք, ապա մեծ արյուն պետք չի լինի, որովհետև ամեն ինչ առանց դրա էլ է պարզ։ Մեծ արյունը գուցե շտկի մեզ, բայց բազմաթիվ վետերաններից եմ լսել նույն միտքը՝ մեծ պատերազմի մասին․ «Լավագույնները մնում են այնտեղ»․․․

Շնորհավոր Մայիսյան եռատոնը։ Հայրենականում տարած հաղթանակից են բխում Շուշիի ազատագրումն ու Պաշտպանության Բանակի հիմնման ակունքները։ Մեր կոտրված ողնաշարը սկսեց ուղղվել Թամանի, Կերչի, Ստալինգրադի, Կուրսկի, Բալատոնի, Բեռլինի, Վիեննայի ու Պրահայի մարտերում։
