Հայաստանում բոլոր խնդիրները նման են մեծ թնջուկների, որոնց թելերը մշտապես տանում են դեպի իշխանական օղակներ։ Օրինակ քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում «բոլորովին պատահական» բացահայտեցինք, որ ՀՀ-ն ԼՂՀ-ին կապող միակ ճանապարհը գտնվում է անմխիթար վիճակում։ Սակայն սա խնդրի միայն առարկայական կողմն էր, որի հեըևում քողարկվում էին մեր պետության բարգավաճումը կաշկանդող մի շարք այլ հիմնահարցեր։
Առաջինը՝ մեր սահմանադրության պաշտպաններն իրենք են մայր օրենքի դրույթների ամենամեծ ոտնհարողը. ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը հերքում է Սիսիան-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհն ԻՐ ԸՆԿԵՐՈւԹՅԱՆ կողմից սպասարկվելու լուրերը։ Իսկ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը գիտի, որ պաշտոնյայի գործարարությամբ զբաղվելը սահմանադրության կոպիտ խախտում է։ Ինչ կա որ, կարոզ է և չիմանալ, չէ որ ապրում ենք մի երկրում որտեղ սահմանդրական դրույթներն այնքան են ոտնահարվել, և երևույթն այնքան օրինաչափ դարձել, որ պաշտոնյաները մեկ-մեկ իրենք էլ են խճճվում։

Եթե չգիտի ապա, ինչ գործ ունի օրենսդիր մարմնում, եթե գիտի ապա ինչու՞ է մատ թափ տալիս իշխանությունն իր հարստացմանը ծառայեցնելու մասին հայտարարություններ անողների վրա և զզվցենում հասարակությանը իր «հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների» մասին կոկորդ պատռելով։
Երկրորդ՝ պետական մայրուղու հետ կապված աղմուկը ցույց տվեց Հայաստանում պետական նշանակության՝ ճանապարահաշինության, քաղաքաշինության և այլն, ծրագերում կոռուպցիոն գործարքների բարձր ցուցանիշն ու մենաշնորհն այս ոլորտում։ Սակայն Նաղդալյանը պարբերաբար իր ընկերության կողմից տենդեր շահելու մասին հավաստի լուրերն էլ է որակում թյուր կարծիք, այսպես հերքելով էլ շարունակել իր՝ հայ առաջին «կին օլիգարխի» կոչմանը համապատասխանը գործելաոճը։
