Պատրաստման եղանակ՝

Մաղադանոսը մի քանի կտոր սառույցի հետ բլենդերով հարել։

Քմել ստացված զանգվածը, քամած հյութը դնել կրակին 4 րոպե։

Բիսկվիտ՝

Դեղնուցը հարել, ավելացնել շաքարի փոշին, ավելացնել մեղրը ու մեկ ձուն ու հարել։

Ավելացնել ալյուրը և մաղադանոսի հյութը։

Սպիտակուցը մի պտղունց աղի հետ հարել, ավելացնել 50 գ շաքարավազ, ավելացնել կիտրոնի քերած կեղևը։

Թխել խմորը ջեռոցում։

300 գրամ ելակը բլենդերով հարել։

3 հատ ձուն միախառնել 180 գրամ շաքարավազի հետ։ Ավելացնել կիտրոնի հյութը, դնել կրակին, թողնել մինչ եռա։

Վերցնել կրակից, ավելացնել կարագը։

Դնել սառնարան։

Կոկոսի փաթիլների վրա 300 մլ եռացրած ջուր լցնել, հարել բլենդերով։

Դնել սառնարան, ինչից հետո այսպես կստացվի։

Մասկարպոնեն, սերուցքային պանիրը, կոկոսի հյութը ու 1/2 բաժակ շաքարի փոշին․

Ավելացնել սերուցքը, հարել։ Դնել սառնարան։

Խմորը բաժանել 2 մասի, քսել ելակի սիրոպը, կոկոսի փաթիլները, կրեմը։

Դնել 2-րդ շերտը։ Քսել կրեմը, զարդարել ելակով ու կոկոսի փաթիլներով։
