Արցախում ամեն ինչ վերահսկելի է, Շուշիի ազատագրմանը նվիրված տոնական միջոցառումների շրջանակներում չորս օր է՝ այստեղ ենք: Երեկ կայացավ ՀՀ ԱԺ Արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի, Պաշտպանության, Ազգային անվտանգության եւ Ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի և ԼՂՀ խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների և Պաշտպանության, Ազգային անվտանգության ու Ներքին գործերի (օրինապահպանության) մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ դռնփակ նիստը, որն անցավ կառուցողական մթնոլորտում՝ բովանդակալից քննարկումներով հագեցած:

Նույն օրը հանդիպեցինք նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ, հասկանալի պատճառներով չեմ մանրամասնում համդիպման ընթացքում քննարկված բոլոր հարցերը, բայց կասեմ, որ նախագահ Սահակյանը լիարժեք վերահսկում է իրավիճակը և հստակ պատկերացնում քայլերի հերթական հաջորդականությունը: Եղել ենք Շահումյանի և Մարտակերտի մի շարք շրջաններում:
Նոր Էրքեջ, Չարեքթար, Գետավան, Հաթերք համայնքներում:

Հանդիպել ենք բնակիչների հետ, որտեղ բոլորը քաջ գիտակցում են և' սեփական ուժը, և' հակառակորդի հավանական նենգ քայլերը, որից արդեն ոչ ոք հանկարծակիի չի գալիս:
Շատ կարևոր է, որ այս օրերին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունը գտնվում է Արցախում, և այսօր հայկական երկու պետությունների բարձրագույն ղեկավարության հետ քաղաքային հուշահամալիրում հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեցինք արցախյան ազատամարտում զոհված ազատամարտիկների և Մեծ Հայրենական պատերազմի զոհերի հիշատակին:
Այս հողում էր, երբ 1992 թվականին մեր ազգի հերոսների կողմից ազատագրվեց Շուշին:
Այս հողում գիտեն' ինչպես կռվել և ինչպես հաղթել ազերիին:
Բանակի առաջապահ զորամասերը շարունակում են մարտական հերթապահությունը և լիակատար վերահսկում իրավիճակը:
