1994 թ. Օմարի լեռնանցքում քաջաբար զոհված, «Մարտական խաչ» 2-րդ աստիճանի շքանշանի ասպետ Գևորգ Ղազարյանի սխրանքի մասին Լեոյի անվան թիվ 65 ավագ դպրոցում յուրահատուկ հարգանքով ու հպարտությամբ են խոսում: Ղազարյանը կրթօջախի շրջանավարտներից էր. այս տարվա մայիսի 20-ին կդառնար 41 տարեկան:

Հերոսի մայրը` Լյուդմիլա Ղազարյանը շեշտում է` տարիներ են անցել, բայց վիշտը նույնքան ծանր է: «Ինչքան տարիներ անցնեն, զոհվածի ծնողը նույն ցավն է ապրում: Ցավում եմ, որ չկան հերոսները, ցավ եմ ապրում, որ նորից այս օրերին մեր ազգի սերուցքը նույն պատերազմին զոհ է գնում: Իմ որդին էլ էր 20 տարեկան»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց նա: Լեոյի անվան թիվ 65 ավագ դպրոցում հերոսին նվիրված ցերեկույթ էր կազմակերպվել:

Լյուդմիլա Ղազարյանը խոստովանում է` դպրոցի պատերը ստիպում են նորից անցնել հիշողությունների միջով:  «Ինձ թվում է, որ նա քայլում է դպրոցում, նրա շունչն այստեղ է: Գևորգը շատ բարի, ազնիվ տղա էր, բռնցքամարտիկ է եղել, մրցանակների է արժանացել: Շատ ուժեղ էր, բայց բնավորությամբ շատ փափուկ էր,  համբերատար ու ընկերասեր էր: Զինվորական ընկերները նրան «կոշտ» էին կոչում՝ պատերազմի դաշտում քաջաբար կռվելու համար: Այսօր նորից վերապրում եմ այն, ինչ ապրել ենք 1994-ին, նորից ցավ եմ ապրում»,-շեշտում է նա:

Գևորգ Ղազարյանի մայրը փաստում է` հայ ժողովուրդը դարավոր թշնամիներ ունի, և պետք է միշտ պատրաստ լինի դիմակայել նրանց:

«Գևորգը զոհվեց իր հրամանատարի հետ: Տեսնելով հրամանատարին ծանր վիրավոր վիճակում, մոտեցել է, որ փրկի նրան, այդ ժամանակ էլ ազերիների խումբը հարձակվել է: Գերի չընկնելու համար Գևորգը քաշել է նռնակը ու պայթեցրել է՝ ոչնչացնելով նաև թշնամու մոտեցող խմբին»,-նշեց նա:

Լեոյի անվան թիվ 65 ավագ դպրոցի տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Բարսեղյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմեց դպրոցի հերոսների մասին` շեշտելով, որ շրջանավարտներից շատերը հենց այս պահին էլ Արցախում են:

«Մեր միջոցառումը նվիրված է մեր նահատակներին, բայց նաև առանձնացնում ենք Գևորգ Ղազարյանին: Ունենք հինգ շրջանավարտ և մեկ ուսուցիչ հերոսներ: Գևորգի եղբոր տղան էլ է այստեղ սովորում, իհարկե, աշակերտները գիտեն նրա մասին: Հիմա մեր շրջանավարտներից 35-40 հոգի Արցախում են, ծառայում են»,-շեշտեց նա:

Ցերեկույթի ընթացքում դպրոցի աշակերտները խոսեցին արցախյան ազատամարտի ու մասնակից հերոսների մասին: Ներկայացվեցին նաև գեղարվեստական համարներ:
