Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկի արծարծած` Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության կողմից վարչական ակտերը հասցեատերերին առաքելու գործընթացի պատշաճ կազմակերպման թեմայով հրապարակման վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից, պարզաբանման մեջ նշված է.

««Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի 10.05.2016 թ. «Ոստիկանությունը ոսկեզօծ ծրարներով է պատվիրում ծանուցումներ» հրապարակման կապակցությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ տեսանկարահանող և լուսանկարահանող սարքերով հայտնաբերված խախտումներով Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունում իրականացվող վարչարարության գլխավոր խնդիրներից է վարչական ակտերը հասցեատերերին առաքելու գործընթացի պատշաճ կազմակերպումը: Օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ժամկետում և կարգով վարչական ակտերը հասցեատերերին առաքելու նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության և «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ միջև յուրաքանչյուր տարի կնքվում է փոստային կապի, փոստային կապի հետ կապված սուրհանդակային կապի և օժանդակ ծառայությունների վճարովի մատուցման պայմանագիր:

Համաձայն 14.01.2016 թ. կնքված CPS-11-01-16 պայմանագրի՝ մեկ առաքանու սակագինը՝ ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն, կազմում է 350 դրամ: Հարկ է նշել, որ յուրաքանչյուր մեկ պատվիրված և հետադարձ ծանուցմամբ առաքանու գինը (առանց օժանդակ ծառայությունների, մինչև 20 գրամ) կազմում է ոչ թե 120 դրամ, ինչպես ներկայացվել է հրապարակման մեջ, այլ 280 դրամ՝ համաձայն ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի 20.01.2002 թ. թիվ-10 հրամանով հաստատված միջազգային փոստային կապի և ՀՀ տա րածքում փոստային կապի ծառայությունների սակագների:

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության վարչական ակտերը հասցեատերերին առաքելու գործընթացում «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ն իրականացնում է նաև մի շարք օժանդակ ծառայություններ, որոնց ցանկը ներկայացվել է ոստիկանության կողմից:

Օրինակ՝

-առաքման նյութերի ընդունման, ինչպես նաև առաքանիների հանձնման իրականացումը Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հասցեում, 

- ծրարի տրամադրում,

- առաքանիների ավտոմատացված ծալում, ավտոմատացված ծրարավորում C65 ձևաչափով,

- թղթի ներդրում ծրարների մեջ, դրանց կնքում, 

- CN7 հետադարձ ծանուցման թերթիկի վրա առաքանու վերադարձի պատճառի տրամադրում,

- ստեղծված հատուկ էլեկտրոնային ծրագրի միջոցով առաքանիների ստացման կամ չստացման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության տրամադրում և այլն: 

Նշվածից ակնհայտ է, որ հոդվածագրի պատկերացումներն առաքանիների սակագների ձևավորման վերաբերյալ թյուր են և հեռու մասնագիտական լինելուց: Միաժամանակ խորհուրդ է տրվում հոդվածագրին «Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության առաքման ծառայությունների գներին ծանոթանալ պաշտոնական աղբյուրից՝ www.haypost.am կայքէջից»:
