Կասպից ծովում սահմանամերձ նավթագազային հանքահորերը պետք է հարեւան երկրների կողմից մշակվեն նրանց միջեւ համաձայնությունների հիման վրա:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Caspian Energy հանդեսին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի ԱՊՀերկրների հետ սահմանների սահմանագծման գծով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հատուկ հանձնրարություններով դեսպանԻգոր Բրատչիկովը:

Անդրադառնալով Կասպից ծովի հատակի բաժանման հարցով ռուսաստանյան կողմի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշմանը՝ Բրատչիկովը շեշտել է, որ Կասպից ծովի հատակի եւ բնական հարստությունների սահմանազատումը պետք է անցկացվի կողմերի միջեւ պայմանավորվածությամբ միջազգային իրավունքի համընդհանուր ճանաչված սկզբունքների եւ նորմերի հիման վրա:

Բացի այդ, Պուտինի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծել է, որ Կասպից ծովում խողովակաշարերի շինարարության գծով միակողմանի որոշումներն անթույլատրելի են:  Նա ասել է, որ ջրամբարում մայրուղային խողովակաշարերի անցկացումը, ինչպիսին հանդիսանում է Կասպից ծովը, ամենից առաջ պետք է դիտարկել բնապահպանության լույսի տակ եւ միայն հետո տնտեսության տեսանկյունից:

«Այստեղ բոլոր 5 մերձկասպյան երկրները ձայնի իրավունք ունեն, քանի որ պատասխանատվություն են կրում Կասպից ծովի ապագայի համար: Անդրկասպյան խողովակաշարարերի շինարարության գծով միակողմանի գործողություններն անթույլատրելի են», -նշել է Բրատչիկովը:
