Մեծ Բրիտանիայի անդրծովյան տարածքները եւ թագավորական տիրույթները, որոնք ավանդաբար մեծ քանակությամբ օֆշորային ընկերությունների գրանցման վայր են, ինքնաբերաբար կբացահայտեն դրանց իսկական տերերին վերաբերող տվյալները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մայիսի 12-ին հայտարարել Է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Դեւիդ Քեմերոնը՝ Լոնդոնում բացելով հակակոռուպցիոն գագաթնաժողովը:

«Բրիտանական 40 իրավասություններ, այդ թվում անդրծովյան տարածքները եւ թագավորական տիրույթները, որոնց տարածքում գործում են խոշոր ֆինանսական կենտրոններ, ստորագրել են բենեֆիցիար սեփականատերերի մասին այլ երկրների հետ տվյալների ավտոմատ փոխանակման պրոգրեսիվ միջազգային համաձայնագիրը»,-հայտարարել Է նա:

Քեմերոնի խոսքով՝ «առաջին անգամ ոստիկանությունը եւ իրավապահ մարմինները կկարողանան պարզորոշ տեսնել, թե իրականում ով Է այդ իրավասություններում գրանցված ընկերություններից յուրաքանչյուրի սեփականատերը»:

Քեմերոնը նաեւ հայտնել Է, որ Ֆրանսիան, Նիդեռլանդները, Նիգերիան եւ Աֆղանստանը, հետեւելով Մեծ Բրիտանիային, «կգործարկեն ընկերությունների իրական սեփականատերերի սեփական բաց ռեեստրները այն դեպքում, երբ Ավստրալիան, Նոր Զելանդիան, Հորդանանը, Ինդոնեզիան, Իռլանդիան եւ Վրաստանը կհամաձայնեն անել դրան ուղղված առաջին քայլերը, որպեսզի համանման պարտավորություններ ստանձնեն»:

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ «Մեծ Բրիտանիան ԱՄՆ-ի, Կանադայի, Ավստրալիայի, Նոր Զելանդիայի, Շվեյցարիայի եւ Քրեական ոստիկանության միջազգային կազմակերպության (Ինտերպոլ) հետ գործընկերությամբ Լոնդոնում կստեղծի աշխարհում առաջին Միջազգային հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնը»: «Փորձագետները, այդ թվում՝ Ազգային քրեական գործակալությունից, կապահովեն միջազգային կոորդինացում եւ աջակցություն, որպեսզի օգնեն իրավապահ մարմիններին եւ դատախազական ծառայություններին՝ համատեղ աշխատել անդրսահմանային հետաքննությունների եւ կոռումպացված Էլիտաների պատիժների ու հափշտակված ակտիվների վերադարձման համար»,-հայտնել Է Քեմերոնը:

Ընդամենը մեկօրյա համաժողովին մասնակցում են 40 երկրների պատվիրակություններ: Պետությունների ու կառավարությունների ղեկավարությունները քննարկում  են կոռուպցիային հակազդելու խնդրում միջազգային համագործակցության ակտիվացման ուղիները, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
