Երբ աշխատանքից ազատվեցին Զինված ուժերի բարձրաստիճան երեք զինվորականները, անմիջապես առաջ եկավ մի հարց՝ իսկ նրանք պատժվելո՞ւ են։ Այդ հարցը հիմա էլ օդից կախված է։ Շատերն են ժամանակին զարմացել, երբ Կոմիտաս Մուրադյանին գեներալի կոչում են տվել, իսկ հետո նշանակել զինված ուժերի կապի զորքերի պետ-կապի և ավտոմատացված կառավարման համակարգերի վարչության պետ։ Որովհետեւ նա իր նախկին պաշտոններում հայտնի էր իր ձախողումներով։ 
Շատերն են զարմացել նաեւ, երբ շտաբի հետախուզության վարչության պետ գեներալ-մայոր Բասենցի Ազոյանի վախճանվելուց հետո նրա փոխարեն նշանակվել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։ Որ արժանիքի համար՝ հարցնում էին այն ժամանակ։
Իսկ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ-նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ Ալիկ Միրզաբեկյանը գործարքների հայտնի մասնագետ է։ Չեմ կարծում որ նրանց աշխատանքից ազատելով հարցը պետք է փակել։ 
Նրանք պետք է պատասխան տան բանակի կապի վիճակի, զրոյական մակարդակի հասցրած հետախուզության, ժամանակին չգնված զենքերի համար։ Մենք ունեցել ենք 100-ից ավելի զոհ ապրիլին։ Եւ նաեւ այս բացթողումների պատճառով են եղել զոհերը։ Սկսել եմ, երբեմն, մտածել, իսկ գուցե նրանց մեջ, կամ ընդհանրապես, եղել են զինվորականներ, որոնք աշխատել այլ երկրի համար։ Ազգային անվտանգությունը վտանգված է եւ պարտավոր ենք պարզել թե ում հետ ենք ճանապարհ գնում։ 
Նաեւ ժամանակն է գեներալ-բիզնեսմեններին հրաժեշտ տալ ու ուժեղացնել հասարակական վերահսկողությունը բանակում։ Պետք է մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրել է բանակի գնումները, ոչ գաղտնի մասով, պետք է բացահայտել թե ինչպես են նույն ընկերությունները տարիներ շարունակ հաղթել մրցույթներում, ով էր կանգնած այս կամ այն ընկերության թիկունքում։ Զինվորական համզգեստի եւ կոշիկի հարցը անմիջապես պետք է լուծել, այսքան անորակ համազգեստ եւ կոշիկ չի կարող ունենալ բանակը։ Դաշտային մեկ ամիսը բավարար է տեսնելու, թե դրանք ինչ են իրենցից ներկայացնում։ Չե՞ք տեսնում պարոնյաք գեներալներ, չեք տեսնում ձեր սպաների եւ զինվորների հագի համազգեստը, չեք տեսնում թե մի անգամ լվանալուց հետո ինչպես է գունափոխվում, կոշիկները մեկ ամսից հետո քրքրվում, ծակվում են տարբեր մասերից։ Դուք խղճի մասին ընդհանրապես լսել եք, գիտեք դա ինչ բան է։ Հիմա բոլորով գովում եք հայ զինվորին, իրեն դարձրել եք ձեր վահանը, ձեր դրոշը։ Բայց դա անելուց առաջ հոգացեք նրանց բոլոր կարիքները։
